I've got a set of Greenworks 60V yard tools (lawn mower, pole saw, edger, string trimmer, and blower) that I've been happy with so when I saw this vacuum on sale during Prime day it caught my attention. I have more cats than I'd like to admit. I also work from home and my lap is seldomly cat-less. This has the unfortunate problem of getting pet hair on myself as well as in the surrounding areas. This little vacuum has been great to suck up the bits of hair that end up on my desk and around my office. The crevice tool attachment is great for most of my needs. The included floor brush is great as well. It has three different types of material on the roller, ranging from a soft fuzzy felt material to a firmer rubber material which is great on a variety of surfaces. The filter does a great job of filtering out fine particles. I used this to vacuum up dust while I was cutting a hole in the wall and this did a great job of sucking up the dust from the drywall. There are 3 speeds you can run this at. I did find that the "+" touch button on the vacuum can be a bit finicky to touch just right. The lowest speed gives you about 40+ minutes of run time whereas the fastest speed gives you around 10 minutes. The lowest speed has been adequate for my needs. If you have a decent sized house with a lot of carpet or rugs, this vacuum would not be adequate as a primary vacuum but instead as a convenient alternative to lugging around a big vacuum for small jobs. The canister isn't very large and can fill up pretty quickly. I've had a few issues with big pieces getting stuck in the rubber valve flap and then falling back down when the vacuum is off. Increasing the speed or shaking it around tends to fix that issue. It came with everything needed to mount this on the wall and that was quite an easy job to do. I’m a bit of a vacuum fanatic, and I’ve owned quite an assortment. I know that sounds like a truly first world kind of collection, but we’re not talking private jets here, just vacuums :) We love our pets, and they sleep on our furniture & bed, so I’ve become something of a small vacuum connoisseur, mostly because I vacuum our bed & and chairs ever morning. This one is quite strong for its size, and also light weight in the hand. It charges quickly and lasts at least 3/4’s of an hour going almost non-stop. WHAT I LIKE VERY MUCH: I have sensitive ears, and I’ve had small vacs that made almost unbearable, high-pitched noises that made me want to throw them across the room. This one has a lower modulation, and is not too loud. In fact, one of my my cats allows me to vacuum some of his shedding hairs right off his person with this. He doesn’t run from the noise! I don't have carpet so I wanted something small and cheap cheap for my micro suede couch and fabric vehicle seats. This works great in a few minutes I can get all the dust and crumbs off my large sectional even in the creases. I have only tried the brush connection and I'm love it really. The only CON is when cleaning my large SUV it's battery life doesn't hold up for an entire cleaning and the head area where it collects is small so I have to constantly clean it out. I have seen this vacuum recommended by loads of uber and lyft drivers, so I figured it had to be good for me. On my initial review, I blasted the performance of the vacuum because I couldn't get it to pick up anything. Confused as to all of the 5 star reviews, I gave the vacuum another try. What I found is that vacuum actually works really well when you don't use the brush tip. There is decent suction and I was able to vacuum the sand and dirt specs that were on my carpet and floor mats. The only issue is the design of the brush attachment. With the brush flipped out so you can use it, the mouth of the attachment is so wide that you can't possible have effective suction; it's due to this that you can't vacuum anything up when using it. ... show more
