I have no qualms with this. It works really well; I just spent the entire afternoon using it. Heats up fast, lasts quite a while with 350ml of water (two cup-fulls- I use distilled because I want this to have a long life with no hard water buildup), no leakage, steam is consistent, the steam lock works, the cord is a decent length. It cleaned up my never-before cleaned oven very effectively, with a bit of elbow grease and some awkward angles due to the semi-short extension hose attachment (to be fair, I am 7mo pregnant and can’t move around as easily — that being said, if you’re pregnant and in nesting mode, get it. I’m about to clean e v e r y t h i n g).

I've never used a steam cleaner before, so I have nothing to compare this to. But I really enjoy this steamer! Our house has one bathroom, and I have a husband and two young boys... so a steamer was necessary ;) It took me a few times to get the hang of it, but it works good and with the amount of water it holds, can clean quite a while. It heats up well and seems a good high heat. I haven't used all the accessories, but am looking forward to trying them out. It is very easy to use once I got used to it. The instructions are helpfulI also. I LOVE the lock, as it saves holding down the button if I'm cleaning one spot for a long time, or I can guide the steamer with one hand and wipe with the other hand. And the cord is wonderfully long. It seems of good quality and should last a while.

The media could not be loaded. I’m giving this 3 stars because the first one I got was used. Being that I paid for the extended warranty, I really prefer to have a new unit rather than one that’s been opened and used. I received a replacement the next day. I managed to clean my oven my, shower, washer and the hood vent filter. Everything was going great. Today I tried to start it back up to clean a product of my washer, which I had to let sit overnight and this steam cleaner would not heat up at all I followed only the manufacturers instructions as far as putting it away, how much water to put in, I used distilled water only in it, so it’s going back and I’m ordering more expensive one I guess. I’m very disappointed because it was doing a great job when it worked. . more expensive one I guess. I’m very disappointed because it was doing a great job when it worked. I have to say also it’s not a miracle worker. I still had to scrub, but it did loosen up grime enough for me to not have to put too much effort into scrubbing soap scum or the stains of my oven. I also liked how it worked better without the attachments, the hose is fairly short, so it was kind of useless because it would pull and tip over the container if I tried to use it in different directions, making me having to hold it between my legs or in my other hand. I didn’t have the opportunity to clean my sofa or any fabric with it to try those attachments.

This little machine is a powerhouse! I would have given 4 stars but it loses its steam rather quickly. Other than that it has tackled lots of jobs around the house and in the car. Very easy to use. It is extremely loud. I havent had anything too terribly heavy to clean but it is nice to have something that is chemical free.
