Worked great, until it didn't work at all. After 2 days it stopped steaming. It gets hot, but nothing happens when the trigger is pulled. Steamers that don't steam are not useful.

I use it all the time. It does get water everywhere and you have to be patient with it heating to steam. Works excellent in those tough corners from my molding in kitchen, around the toilet and corners of my tile floor. My steam mop just recently broke so I used it on my steps to get the salt up from Mondays snow. For the price IMO worth it.

I've used this on my toilet, shower/tub, kitchen stove, baseboards, metal base heaters, kitchen & bathroom sink. I love this thing. My mom and grandmother now want one for their houses, too. I brought it over to my grandmothers house to clean her tub (which is notorious for having mold in the crevaces) and when I started spraying with the little nozzle attachment, those clumps had no chance of staying. The gunk came flying out because the pressure is so good. Not a bad price, definitely would buy again. The ONLY thing I wish it had was a water level measure so I knew how much water is in the container... but not a huge deal breaker.

Saw videos of people cleaning showers, didn’t work well in mine. Worked well on the stove top, but didn’t take away anything i couldn’t have got with a scrubber. Does work well for small spots you can’t normally get. Runs out of water FAST!

This little steam cleaner will make you realize real quick how much filth you’ve been living in! I’m a very clean person and I took these to my cabinets and it was getting gunk off that I didn’t even know was on there. The cons are it runs out of steam real quick. Have to repeatedly fill the tank which doesn’t even bother me because I’m so amazed with how clean it’s getting things. Careful on painted cabinets, this sucker could peel the paint right off of them if you hit it at the right angle. Also, believe the instructions when it says do not open the cap until all the steam is out of the device.. I was just about murdered opening it prematurely

I really wanted to love this handheld steam cleaner. It worked perfectly the first time I used it – powerful steam, easy to handle, and did a great job on my windows. However, when I went to use it again after coming back from an extended trip, it just will not work. It turns on for a short period of time and then dies. No matter what I tried, it seems completely unusable. Unfortunately, I missed the return window because I was out of town for several weeks and didn’t get a chance to test it again until after that period. I was really hoping this product would be a reliable tool, but it seems like I got a defective unit. I’m hoping the company sees this review and offers some assistance. I’d love to resolve this issue because I was impressed with its performance at first, but now it’s unusable.
