I have a 2023 F150 Tremor, says its compatible. After about 3 hours in my driveway trying to get it rolling I finally got Netflix going. It didn't lag at all, I felt it was good. I bought for HULU so we could watch sports or live TV on long drives. Not compatible. No set up instructions came in the box at all. Would not recommend, received today and returning tomorrow.

This was a huge upgrade from my previous carplay box. The main feature for me is the HDMI port which lets me connect a streaming device and use a remote for easy navigation. It also runs fast and smooth!

So I have had the magic box 4 for a bit over a week. Start off with the cons Every time I start up my car. The application boots up. It takes some time but I’m ok with that part. This issue once booted up it does not react to my touch screen. I have to unplug the device and plug it back in. At his point run the long boot up again. After that is usually works. The next issue is when I get a phone call the call get automatically ignored. This is the reason why I stopped using the magic box 1.0. The biggest issue with this through is if you were watching something the sound stops automatically. Now as before I have to unplug it and plug it back in go through the long boot up and then it works again. Other issue I have is I have built in WiFi in my truck which I use for this. But if I jump into car play it disconnects my wifi for car play. Kinda of a pain because then I have to go through the extra step to reconnect my wifi. These are issues but none a deal breaker for me. Pros are I love having the ability to watch Netflix and Disney plus right there for me to watch and plus reg TV channels. Me and my family travel a lot and they really enjoy this part of it.. that’s the most use I get from it and it works great once I bypass these other issues listed above

The media could not be loaded. I wanted to be able to car camp and watch movies on the big screen in the car, but unfortunately, this little plug in doesn't work for Disney. I got Netflix and Amazon Prime set up, but without Disney, it just doesn't make sense. The CarPlay and other features work well too. It's just a shame that Disney plus is installed through APKPure, which is a spammy ad laden App Store that doesn't carry the most recent version of Disney Plus. The Google Play store also won't allow me to redownload Disney through it, and whenever I click update the app, I go through a cycle of clicking update and open (as referenced in the video). Otherwise, it works as advertised. -- EDIT on 4/25/2024 -- Their customer service has been great and walked me through how to connect Disney. It is still a tricky, very specific set of instructions, but it can work. The customer service has been great to work with, so adjusting to 4 stars

Through six different carplay products, this one was more compatible than any other one, plays the most streaming stations, a little on the expensive side but has a great system very comprehensive, put mine in a uconnect for RAM Laramie system works great!

I attempted to use this product multiple times in both a 2021 Acura TLX and a 2021 Acura RDX, but it failed to function entirely. Despite several attempts, there was no response or reaction from the product. Given its lack of compatibility or performance, I am highly dissatisfied and would not recommend it.

Once you can get this working, the Android Auto is not tied into the actual stereo but is running on top of the Apple CarPlay interface. The main screen is unable to be adjusted so it always reports nothing is playing. Android Auto also does not respect day/night mode so at night it is VERY bright. If you want to adjust the equalizer you MUST run it EVERY time you start the car (but that is ONLY after you get it connected) I tried it for a long time but it is just too cumbersome. I purchased a 2nd Motorola.
