I decided to put this new GLOIL hand held steamer to the test on my ten year old cutting board that I could no longer get clean. I sprayed the board with bleach and wiped it down with a sponge and that is what you see in the first picture. I then used one of the scubbers on the end of my GLOIL steamer and worked on it for about 5 minutes. Although the board doesn't look new because it isn't I was impressed on how clean the steamer got it. It even cleaned up the burn mark on the board pretty well. The best thing is that I know now that this cutting board is now sterile and safe to use again. This steamer is more for small projects as I got about 15 minutes of steam out of it before it needed more water added. I also used it on the top of my garbage can which is textured plastic and also hard to get clean and the GLOIL left it looking brand new. This steamer comes with many attachments for everything from cleaning bathroom fixtures to cleaning windows, hard surface floors and appliances. It has some very handy safety features that let you know when it's hot and can put out steam and also when it's safe to open the top to add more water. It's lightweight and very easy to use. It's definitely great for cleaning and sterilizing hundreds of items in your home or even outside to clean lawn furniture, etc. Five stars!

The media could not be loaded. Prior to this purchase, I had purchased a handheld steamer with the flat front and no attachments. I was disappointed in that product, so I bought this steamer. This steamer is amazing! You can not only use it for clothing, which is why I wanted the steamer in the first place, but it has attachments you can use to sanitize toys and clean the shower grout and upholstery and more. It’s a great price point, and so easy to use. 10/10 recommend this steamer.

Hi ... My wife wanted this and I was a little hesitant. This things always say they can do everything but never seem to live up to the hype. Well I was the first one to use the steamer on our window screens. The steamer did a good job. the screens pictured in the review came out very clean and it was an easy process of setting up and also the actual cleaning. As you can see also from the pictures that they provide a number of attachments so you can handle a wide variety of cleaning need. It was only one experience but so far so good.

The second use gave me second degree burns on my hands. Steam escaped the button and handle of the steamer instead of out of the tube. If you are elderly please please use with caution or better yet don’t purchase at all. I have reported this incident to Amazon. Do NOT recommend!
