The media could not be loaded. Love this machine! Doesn’t take long to warm and steam. Holds way more water than others I’ve seen. Can add water right away without waiting for cool down time. Has up to 6 “power” levels, more steam. Have used all the attachments. Cleaned oven door glass, floor and backsplash tile, counters, windows, cabinets, tub, shower, sinks, toilets!!!! I truly do not have to scrub, even our floor tile grout that hadn’t been cleaned in 15 years!!! No chemicals needed in cleaning either, so my lungs are healing too for lack of chemicals in the air. It worked amazingly well... for about a week. :( the cleaning power was impressive! Unfortunately, for the price, I wish it had lasted longer. After the fifth day of use, it suddenly stopped producing steam. Even though we only used deionized water, something must have clogged the system. It’s just not as durable as I hoped for regular around the house cleaning. That said, if you’re planning to use it occasionally or for small cleaning jobs, it’s a cute, lightweight option that works great while it lasts.
