Works great and battery lasts a long time

Overall, I am very impressed with its performance and quality, especially given its affordable price. We recently bought an E2000 Swim Spa, and after our lid broke during a period of wind and rain, an enormous amount of tree debris, dirt, and bugs got into both the pool and hot tub sides. Since I did not want to drain 2,800 gallons of fresh water, I used this vacuum to clean it. Here are my thoughts from using it: - Performance: It did an excellent job cleaning the bottom and the rounded corners. As noted in the description, it works perfectly as long as it is fully submerged. - Battery Life and Charging: I spent about 7 to 8 hours cleaning and used the vacuum for at least 80% of that time. The battery life was incredibly impressive, and it charges quickly. - Design: The pole extensions make it easy to adjust the length. Additionally, the filter catch is very easy to clean just by spraying it out with a water hose. If I could suggest any improvements, it would be to offer an accessory with a hook or specialized nook on the end to help clean out debris from the filter housing area. Also, while it is not designed as a surface cleaner, I was able to clear some floating debris by keeping the vacuum just below the surface, which saved me from using the skimmer net indefinitely. For a large pool, a robotic cleaner might be necessary to save time, but for a small pool or spa, this manual vacuum is an excellent, budget-friendly choice. I highly recommend it.

Great pool vacuum
This vacuum is super easy to put together and comes fully charged, which was great since I needed to get my pool cleaned ASAP. The suction on this is perfect. I have an above ground pool and the bottom is not completely flat and my issues with other vacuums have been that they are not suctioning enough in between the crevices and this vacuum does great, it’s very lightweight and the extensions on these has a long reach. I was able to clean the majority of my pool just from the outside of it due to the length of the vacuum. The filter inside seems to catch all the small sediments, sand, dirt, algae, which has been my biggest problem with other cleaning tools I’ve previously bought. Well worth the money don’t be afraid of it being cheaper because it works really well and wish I would’ve bought this sooner!

Pretty Good Product for a Small Pool

Great product for small pools such our 15-footer. It definitely picks up the silt that the kids drag in'. Wouldn't recommend for large pools though as the filter needs to be cleaned often (I would have rated it a 5 if it wasnt for that). Cleaning of the filter is pretty easy though and it keeps a charge pretty long. I'm happy with my purchase.

Game Changer for Keeping Hot Tubs Clean!

TLDR: 1) Love the product, 2) had a major issue, 3) seller resolved issue and replaced under warranty immediately, 4) back in action and love the product! Full version: Love this product and it is a massive upgrade to keep my hot tub clean. I have one of those inflatable tubs, larger size (300 gallons) and the 110v pump/heater just doesn't move enough water through the filters to keep it clean. I was always trying to get dirt and debris off the bottom. This pool cleaner is PERFECT for the job. I do a quick vacuum almost every time I use the tub and it cleans up all the dirt and debris plus all the invisible stuff that floats to the bottom after sanitizing the water. Even better - you can get the vacuum into the some of the tight spaces along the inside edge along the bottom and clean up the areas where algae hides. This alone has helped me keep the water cleaner for longer. It's also helped me to recover water after some parties where there was a lot of people and the regular filters can't keep up. Now I'm able to sanitize the water and then get all of the junk out of the water by vacuuming the bottom and edges. Now - I did have a major issue after just 6 weeks. The pump housing separated from the main housing (in the diagram it is labeled 'Host'. This is supposed to be a single contained unit but you can see in the pictures that it started to separate. I think there is an internal plastic retaining piece that broke but I can't verify. However, once the separation occurred, the impeller blades on the pump started to hit the sides of the housing and it would stop spinning, and then the motor would shut off. I don't know if this was a manufacturing defect or design flaw - but it seems like there could be a design issue because this is a probably a weak connection point and when you have the rest of the assembly with filter, and end unit attached, there is a lot more weight and tension all concentrated on this connection point. The good news is that I was able to show this to the Mr Pool team via a message and they immediately replaced the defective unit. I wasn't expecting the speed of response and speed of action - and they exceeded all expectations in fixing the issue. Highly recommend the product and Mr Pool team

Does the job w/o fuss

This thing has been pretty nice and easy to use so far. I’ve had it for a couple months. I think it does a pretty good job. I’m happy with this purchase. I don’t have anything to compare it to, though. The size is perfect for my stock tank pool, and it’s easy to charge. Time will tell regarding durability, but nothing about it seems flimsy or poorly constructed.

Filter isn't sufficient for my needs

For what it is, its not bad. If you have fine silt blown into your pool, this filter is not fine enough, it just vlows it back into the pool. It will grab small leaves and debris, but the performance drops off as the filter fills even 1/4 of the way. For my purposes, its 3 stars. In other environments without fine, almost powdery, sand, im sure it'd be a 4. It does have a good battery life, its very quiet, the attachments work well, its easy to use, relatively easy to clean. Its light, and easy to store when broken down. It just doesn't have a fine enough filter for powdery sediment, it lacks power when the basket is barely full.

Great Little Vacuum for a Swim Spa

I purchased this PoolMr handheld pool vacuum to use in my swim spa, and so far I’ve been very impressed with it. My swim spa is about 48 inches deep, and the pole has plenty of reach to easily clean the bottom without having to stretch or struggle. The suction is strong for a handheld vacuum. It picked up sand, a few leaves, and some of the other random crud my kids managed to drag into the swim spa without any problems. It does a great job getting the small stuff that settles on the bottom. It’s also lightweight and easy to maneuver, which makes quick cleanups much easier than getting out a larger pool vacuum. Overall, this has worked great for my swim spa and is perfect for those quick cleanups. I would definitely recommend it if you’re looking for an easy-to-use handheld pool vacuum.

Love that it just charges when not in use & no need for cords or hoses when in use. Given 4 stars because even though it picks up 90% of the residue on the pool bottom, this filter is not meant for smaller material so it’ll just get dispersed back into the pool. Otherwise, great purchase!
