An easy straight forward install was a direct drop in for the cheap two compartment sink the builder put in this house. It is a true 9 inches deep and seems to be of very thick gauge steel compared to our old sink. My one complaint if that one of corners was bent due to shipping. It was easily fixed. The unit comes with a gasket that works great and is much nicer then using caulking. All in all with removal of the old sink, and installation of this sink along with a new under sink water filter setup it only took me about an hour to complete. Today is only the 4th day I have had it installed so I could not tell you about longevity of this product. Update: we have had this product installed for just over 9 months and it has been a great sink. Fitting large baking pans and even my grill grates for cleaning has been great. It had developed two small surface rust areas that were easy to take care of with a billow pad or 000 steel wool. I'm am considering buying another in the future for a custom toy hauler I will be building. I would not hesitate to purchase this product again.

Only installed this sink a few days ago but very happy with it so far. This was a substantial upgrade from our chipped and rusted 25 inch Americast sink. The installation went fairly smoothly, too. We decided to splurge for a sink grid (which is a whopping 3rd the price of the actual sink) but I don't know that this is necessary.

Love this sink! It fit the measurements as stated in the description, we had to do a little modification due to our countertop set up. Easy to keep clean and the size fits a lot of larger size pans. Do have some scratches that came easy but are very shallow.

This is a great product, doesn't sound "tin-ny", and fairly easy to install. The instructions left out a pretty important piece of the puzzle though. After calling the manufacturer, I got it figured out. Attached to the underside of the sink was a bag that had the template for the counter and a weather strip-like roll of foam tape. There was no mention of the tape in the installation instructions or online. I almost ignored it since it was in with the template, which I did not need since I was replacing a sink that had the same dimensions. I'm glad I called the manufacturer because you need that weather stripping-type stuff (i.e. seal) or your silicone will not have anything to affix to. The foam seal needs to go in between the lip of the sink and the metal "groove" the screw clamps grab on to. THEN you put your silicon on the foam before putting the sink in. If you're a "lone" installer, grab some vice/clamps or something really heavy to put in the sink once it's in place because that foam causes the sink to raise slightly and leave more of a gap than you ultimately want. This makes it hard to tighten the screw clamps underneath (if you have another set of hands, they can push down on the top while you tighten the clamps or vice versa, but you'll need to hold that pressure until the foam seal has a chance to press in - about 15 minutes). I deducted a star for leaving out an important instruction AND putting that important seal tape in a bag with a "not always needed/used" template. Other than that, it's and easy install.

I ordered this sink and it came heavily scratched and a bent corner. The box was previously opened. It looked as if it was an return that they sent back out. It was replaced and came with another one in a previously opened box and another bent corner. It was replaced with another that was in a previously opened box and also too uneven around the rim to sit flat within the hole in the counter top. Sent back and just requested a refund. I then ordered one from Home Depot which came in an unopened box. Was slightly uneven around the rim so I called the manufacturer to discuss. They indicated that I could order another new replacement from Home Depot but were out of stock for 4 weeks. They suggested that I try to hammer with a piece of wood to diffuse the hammer blows to straighten out the rim. If it didn't work to return it to Home Depot. It worked since it was not flush by only about 1/16". Finally got it installed and it is very nice, but too much work to get a good unit.

Non biased review: Product is as advertised size and includes everything mechanical for install. The sink came well package with padding, arriving with no scrapes or dents from transit. Also it came 2 days ahead of schedule so total bonus. Great quality for the price. Consider functionality of faucet and/or handle sizes with the spacing of holes. Slopped to drain well, no pooling. Biased review: I LOVE THIS SINK!!! The dimensions provide for a much larger sink area than was expected. This opened up a lot of space, both underneath and within the actual basin. It is HUGE. Gives me plenty of room to have dirty dishes chillin, wash my hands clear of said dishes, and still have extra room to rinse produce. Fantastic. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I can corroborate the other reviews saying that they received sinks that had dented lips. I was hoping it was just a case of reviews being mostly grumpy folk, but it happened to me too. I think the problem is the packaging: I replaced this with a Kraus and the two sinks were very clearly packaged in different ways, with the Kraus encased and filled with Styrofoam all around while this one was mostly left to it's own strength in transit. But if they fix that packaging or the shipping company handles it carefully? Oh boy, that sink was amazing value for the price. Heavy, solid steel. Ample sound dampening. The shape and size were just phenomenal coming from a split sink. I just didn't want to play the lottery again and spent the money to upgrade for more consistency.
