    • Good overall; wish you could tell when the charge is running out
I've had this unit for about 8 months. I've had a hard time finding cordless can openers that will last quality-wise, so after failing several times with the one-touch types, I figured I'd try this. Overall, it's speedy and does the job. I've used it on cans from 6 oz - 28 oz without any trouble. For something as small as 6 oz (like tomato paste), you do have to hold the can or else it will tip. For others, once the cycle is started it's pretty much hands-free. Be aware that this is not a safety can opener, but for me this wasn't an issue. My only complaint is that I wish you could tell when the unit needs charging. I use it intermittently and it died completely in the middle of opening a single can. The instructions say to let the batteries fully discharge before recharging in order to prolong battery life, but this isn't exactly practical. Also, it would be nice if it had light indicator to show when a charge is complete. Still, I'm very satisfied so far. ... show more

I like the size of this cute little can Opner. It’s small, but can open any size can. It’s a powerful can opener!!!! Don’t let the size fool you!!!! I also think the price I paid was great!!!! It doesn’t take up a lot of space on my counter. I love it!!!!!!!

The instructions weren't very clear and I accidentally pulled the device apart the first time I tried to use it. (Detachability is great for cleaning, but I thought I had broken it.) Once I figured it out, the opener worked fine. I love that it can be recharged by USB - no messing with batteries.

Works great 👍 but make sure you keep it charged. I used it several times and then I hadn’t used it in a couple weeks. Then one evening while making dinner, it stopped half way through opening a can of corn. I plugged it in to charge it, then it worked beautifully. Unfortunately, by the time it was charged enough to finish opening the can, dinner had already been served. Better late than never. Lesson learned, keep it charged. ... show more

Works great but when cutting the last part of the lid it will pop juice or contents of can out at you. So just stand back and keep a towel close and you’ll be fine.
