Like most others, it’s February and I’m ready for spring to come along. I saw this top and thought it was so pretty online. In person, it’s as pretty as I wanted it to be. For reference, I’m 5’8, about 150ish and 36C. I got the large and I think the fit is spot on. The color is gray and it is a soft taupe gray, not as gray as cement, but not taupe either. Some combination of the two. The armholes are awesome. I don’t have to worry about a cami underneath to hide my bra or anything. They are normal armholes. Here’s what I really like though, there really is no front or back to this top. The shoulder seams are such that you can wear it either way. In one photo I tried to show that one side is a scoop neck and the other side is a v neck and you can wear it either way without it feeling weird. The length is just below my hips which I think is perfect for wearing with skirts, or shorts. For me, it’s not long enough to tuck, but if you are thinner and wanted to tuck it you would look better than I would. It’s just not in my comfort zone to tuck a top in. The pattern allows you to dress it up a bit with jewelry and skirt and some heels, but it is really comfortable enough to throw on with a pair of shorts and my Converse as well. It is a top I will wear often in the summer. It’s flexibility on dressiness would make it a good travel piece. Super soft against your skin, washed well, hung it to dry. I’m always a little nervous when I order anything knit for summer. You never know when you’ll end up with a heavy sweater weight fabric instead of something lightweight and airy. Well this tank fits into the second category perfectly! The knit is thin, soft and will actually keep you cool in the warmer temps. It doesn’t feel like it will stretch out either, which is another concern of knits, especially thin ones. The grey color I ordered is like a silvery grey, which is truly stunning and very versatile. Speaking of versatile, this tank can easily be dressed up with a business skirt, blazer and heels for the office or shorts and flats for a casual day out. This lovely high end sleeveless top runs very very big. Although I wear a small most of the time, I settled for a medium and hoped it would fit or at least I could layer it over another piece. From the way this medium fits, my best guess is even an XS would be a bit loose. I double checked the size tag and I definitely received a medium. Now that I've explained the sizing, it's quite long so you can wear it tucked in or not. This is a very fine knit (not crochet per the description), with overall style and construction that would go well almost anywhere, casual to fairly dressy, and would work well as a sweater vest that's actually its official name. Despite frequently different names for light browns, I'd say it's pretty much true to the khaki in the description. However, the color isn't quite solid, but has natural variations from whitish to tannish making the texture effect like oatmeal. ... show more
