I’ve been eyeing these for a while! I received the 12 inch for Christmas- and have used it almost everyday since. I absolutely love it. Easy to clean, durable and can use for almost every meal. And they gray color is perfect. I immediately ordered the 10 inch to use for smaller portions. I intend on ordering the coordinating 8inch and sauce pan in the future once I can save the funds. I have researched enamel cast iron for a while and HB, by far has the most affordable prices on the market with a phenomenal product. Recommend 100%, you will not be disappointed with the quality! I recommend using a soft dish rag to clean. Even high heat stains come off easily with soft rag and dish soap. Way to go HB!

I love this pan. I use it for all kinds of meals. Bonus that it’s oven safe! Super easy to clean. Great size, not huge but not too small. I mostly cook for two people so this is great for us. I do wish it had a lid sometimes. Maybe I can get one separately. It’s a heavy pan. I love the red color.

This is SO beautiful!! I now how two pots and two different size pans. I really enjoy cooking with it. But, food gets stuck on it and it can be difficult to clean. At times even though the food has come all the way off, it has still stained the pot. But it is pretty!!

I bought this in like early 2023 to use for camping/beach trips, I hadn’t had the chance to use it up until last week when I brought it with me off road surfing. I have a Coleman double head stove that I also got from Amazon, I’ve used almost every type of pan on it so far and never had this new problem (it’s the best thing I’ve purchased for myself honestly) I was cooking sausages in this pan with a little water, when it got to boiling point for water the enamel coating of the pan exploded as if I had put something frozen into hot oil. Luckily there was sand all around so I didn’t have to worry about burning anything with the hot pan. I ended up cooking the sausages over the flame of the stove directly if anyone wanted the know I washed off the enamel and we ate them. Probably don’t do that. I haven’t even thrown the pan away yet because I can’t believe it happened. Im thinking either something got on the pan before it was coated with enamel or another defect with the enamel itself. Just be super aware and careful when buying enameled pots and pans because this is a huge possibility of happening. :(

I like my cast iron pots and pans. I have the enameled. They clean well especially if I soak them first. I do dishes by hand and if something sticks I use comet cleanser and they clean well. I bought the silicone utensils so I don't scratch them. I'll know months from now how the enamel wears when taken care of properly. I bake my bread in a cast iron Dutch oven. I don't have to worry about chemicals in non stick coating with cast iron. Even heat is a big plus for me.
