I am always in pain sitting 8-10 to sometimes 12 hours working from home. Been searching in a great desk chair that also supports my stand-up desk. Finally, found it with the HAG Capisco Adjustable Standing Desk Chair. I can immediately feel my back is supported and my hips are aligned. In my previous office, I had the Herman Miller Aaron full loaded chair. I wasn't wowed like I am with the HAG Capisco. The arm wrest is perfect, I can slide myself under the desk when needed without obstruction. This is by far the BEST, ergonomic chair I have ever tried. I tried one of these at my daughters school. That one was covered in teal leather or vinyl. The fabric on this one does not seem as durable. And after several months of use I'm not finding very comfortable. Construction seems solid but I think it's overpriced for what it is.

    • Great idea, not a great chair.

The only thing I like about this chair was how easy it was to put together. Otherwise I've been using it for a week and it's hard as a rock and making my lower back hurt. It's wobbly and feels cheap. I would not buy it twice, and I don't think it's worth the high price.

    • An Unusual Chair for People Who Suffer as a Result of Common Office Chairs

As the company states, the best posture is your next one. This chair keeps you moving through the various ways you can sit: forward facing, sideways, backward facing, feet on the floor/base/ring, etc. So far, this chair has helped as I keep my work surface about 40 inches off the ground. Having a high work surface forces me to look up slightly at my monitors. We spend too much time staring down at our phones causing poor posture in the neck/shoulder area.
