I absolutely love being able to walk while using the standing desk (previously ordered)! Instructions are not well translated; they concentrate on raising the handle for running and on periodic maintenance. However, for walking (primary reason for purchase), the unit is ready to use out of the box. Just plug in power and pair the internal bluetooth speaker (not mentioned in the instructions) with your music player. The speaker is sufficiently loud and reasonable quality for long term listening. We did test converting to running mode (raising the handle), which was very easy. Maybe documentation would have been better with improved illustrations and less verbiage. The device is a bit heavy for frequent relocation (under the desk for walking, out from desk if I want to sit or run), but the weight is not excessive and the rollers help a lot. Also, it's better for such a unit to have enough weight that it can absorb the shock of walking/running. Weight limit for user is a bit low (100kg or 220lb), but it's well within our needs, and that needs to also apply to running, which is much more stressful than walking, so a walker should be able to go somewhat heavier than a runner. Note that we were able to order both the standing desk and the treadmill in white, to match our office decor. The instructions cover necessary periodic adjustments to belt tension and skew (deviation), but are not very clear at all on lubrication. The photo illustrating lubrication is very small and dark, and there's no indication of how much lubricant is likely needed (how long the two included bottles will last, and where to get more). With frequent use, lubrication is recommended as much as once a month.

I just unboxed my COSTWAY Superfit Treadmill. While it was listed here as being GYMAX and I've also seen it as GoPlus (which was what my shipping label said) they are all the same Costway one in the end. It was entirely assembled in the box, and required minimal set up. It's definitely heavy and way sturdier than I expected. It's very sleek and doesn't take up very much space. Has wheels and will be easy to store. The instruction manual is very poorly translated and gives no instructions on the initial lubrication (required) or the Bluetooth speaker set up. Speaking of, the speaker is loud but the sound quality isn't the best. The handle is located in a place where no human being could hold it while walking. Unfortunately, it isn't adjustable. This means you'll have to get used to walking without holding anything. I went ahead and put mine next to the bookcase so I can grab it until I learn to balance better. While the description AND the questions/answers say the power cord is 6 feet, it's 3 feet. It's not longer, don't expect it to be longer, it is 3 feet long and you may need an extension cord. I'm really quite happy with this purchase, especially getting it on a sale. I also like that it's red.

Set up was a breeze! I’m a fan of this walk pad!! I use this both for walking work outs and walking while at my work desk. It’s quiet enough to listen to work calls while walking. I like that it is both slim and narrow, space saving. I haven’t tried jogging on it, though I’m sure that would be fine too (though it would be a slow jog, it has a lower speed range)! It’s narrower than a traditional treadmill, so you’d just have to watch your footfalls a little closer. Overall very happy with this purchase. I’m glad to have an easy way to get a little more movement into my everyday.

If I could give this zero stars, I would. I ordered this walking pad for work and was supposed to receive it within two days. I received well after only to find out it did not come with a remote and I am not able to use it without one. Needless to say it’s a useless walking pad right now - go with any of the other ones that are similar in build and in price.

Granted I got this on a deal of the day so it was $300, but for what I got I’m mad I didn’t get this a long time ago. I am on the second floor of a condo so I was looking for something relatively small and quiet. This delivers tenfold!! My neighbors say they can’t hear it at all and I have been on it every day for the past month. A few notes: - Easy to use, pretty easy to set up... no problems whatsoever. - I walk on it every day for anywhere 20-45mins. I’ve pushed it to 60min, but I wouldn’t recommend doing that everyday. It’s not an industrial treadmill. - Haven’t used the Bluetooth function because I just watch tv while I’m on it, so I can’t comment on that. - I am 5’7”... wouldn’t recommend it for anyone over 5’10” just because it’s not super wide or long. I would worry about someone taller with a longer stride falling off the back. For me... this was the most awesome present I could have gotten myself.

A few things I don't care for. Perhaps it's just my unit or the bad instruction manual, but the display only shows speed and cycles through zeros. Not a deal breaker since I use a smartwatch to track data. I also can't get the Bluetooth to work. No device is active. Again, this isn't why I bout the device, but it could matter to some. Another small wrinkle is I ordered green and not black. I also will say, watch your feet when you run for your first few times. It's not a very wide treadmill. The power cord is also very short, 4 feet I'd reckon. Performance is great, though. Runs well and is quiet. The thickness isn't going to be an issue to get under taller sofas, like the one shown. I like the remote and hope I don't lose it. It's also very quiet. I like this machine a lot.
