Set up was a breeze! I’m a fan of this walk pad!! I use this both for walking work outs and walking while at my work desk. It’s quiet enough to listen to work calls while walking. I like that it is both slim and narrow, space saving. I haven’t tried jogging on it, though I’m sure that would be fine too (though it would be a slow jog, it has a lower speed range)! It’s narrower than a traditional treadmill, so you’d just have to watch your footfalls a little closer. Overall very happy with this purchase. I absolutely love being able to walk while using the standing desk (previously ordered)! Instructions are not well translated; they concentrate on raising the handle for running and on periodic maintenance. However, for walking (primary reason for purchase), the unit is ready to use out of the box. Just plug in power and pair the internal bluetooth speaker (not mentioned in the instructions) with your music player. The speaker is sufficiently loud and reasonable quality for long term listening. We did test converting to running mode (raising the handle), which was very easy. Maybe documentation would have been better with improved illustrations and less verbiage. The device is a bit heavy for frequent relocation (under the desk for walking, out from desk if I want to sit or run), but the weight is not excessive and the rollers help a lot. Also, it's better for such a unit to have enough weight that it can absorb the shock of walking/running. Weight limit for user is a bit low (100kg or 220lb), but it's well within our needs, and that needs to also apply to running, which is much more stressful than walking, so a walker should be able to go somewhat heavier than a runner. Note that we were able to order both the standing desk and the treadmill in white, to match our office decor. The instructions cover necessary periodic adjustments to belt tension and skew (deviation), but are not very clear at all on lubrication. The photo illustrating lubrication is very small and dark, and there's no indication of how much lubricant is likely needed (how long the two included bottles will last, and where to get more). With frequent use, lubrication is recommended as much as once a month. ... show more

So far this product I have little complaints. It's light for a treadmill, which is easy to move rooms if you need to but not up and down stairs. You have to "oil" the mat when you first get it and apparently every 1 - 6 months depending on use. The remote sometimes does not respond right away but it's a dinky remote which you can not loose or it wont work. The display is fair. I doubt very much the distance and MPH is accurate by any means. The calorie counter is useless and absolutely can not be accurate. But I bought this to walk, fast or slow when I have a few minutes sitting at my desk or if the weather is bad and I don't want to walk outside. I walk by time and steps and heart rate rather than calories and speed so the display is kind of a guideline for me. The phone holder is really ONLY for a phone on it's side, a tablet does NOT fit. The bluetooth works well but there are NO instructions for connecting it, but if you've connected one bluetooth device you can figure it out. It is a short treadmill. I am 6' and I can not run on it comfortably without falling off the back because of my stride length. I sometimes clip the end when I walk. It's overall a fair product. It suits the purpose I bought it for and I hope to use it for a while. ... show more

I’m so happy I bought this treadmill!!! It was really easy to assemble. My 10 year old helped me. : ) I bought it to walk/workout while I’m at home during this pandemic. I work from home and wanted to be able to walk on my breaks and lunch. It’s perfect for what I wanted. I set it up in my den/office area and it fits perfectly in the corner. You can walk on the treadmill with the arms up or down. It’s easy to use. You just turn the power switch on and use the remote to select your speed. It shows your calories, distance, speed and time on the base of the treadmill, not on the arms, like I thought. The arms are a little hard for me to use without bending over, so I don’t use them unless I need to balance myself. My husband and kids love it too! I have to make them get off, so I can use it lol! It’s a little heavy for me to move by myself, but with two people, it’s not a problem. Would definitely recommend! ... show more

Granted I got this on a deal of the day so it was $300, but for what I got I’m mad I didn’t get this a long time ago. I am on the second floor of a condo so I was looking for something relatively small and quiet. This delivers tenfold!! My neighbors say they can’t hear it at all and I have been on it every day for the past month. A few notes: - Easy to use, pretty easy to set up... no problems whatsoever. - I walk on it every day for anywhere 20-45mins. I’ve pushed it to 60min, but I wouldn’t recommend doing that everyday. It’s not an industrial treadmill. - Haven’t used the Bluetooth function because I just watch tv while I’m on it, so I can’t comment on that. - I am 5’7”... wouldn’t recommend it for anyone over 5’10” just because it’s not super wide or long. I would worry about someone taller with a longer stride falling off the back. For me... this was the most awesome present I could have gotten myself. ... show more
