I absolutely love being able to walk while using the standing desk (previously ordered)! Instructions are not well translated; they concentrate on raising the handle for running and on periodic maintenance. However, for walking (primary reason for purchase), the unit is ready to use out of the box. Just plug in power and pair the internal bluetooth speaker (not mentioned in the instructions) with your music player. The speaker is sufficiently loud and reasonable quality for long term listening. We did test converting to running mode (raising the handle), which was very easy. Maybe documentation would have been better with improved illustrations and less verbiage. The device is a bit heavy for frequent relocation (under the desk for walking, out from desk if I want to sit or run), but the weight is not excessive and the rollers help a lot. Also, it's better for such a unit to have enough weight that it can absorb the shock of walking/running. Weight limit for user is a bit low (100kg or 220lb), but it's well within our needs, and that needs to also apply to running, which is much more stressful than walking, so a walker should be able to go somewhat heavier than a runner. Note that we were able to order both the standing desk and the treadmill in white, to match our office decor. The instructions cover necessary periodic adjustments to belt tension and skew (deviation), but are not very clear at all on lubrication. The photo illustrating lubrication is very small and dark, and there's no indication of how much lubricant is likely needed (how long the two included bottles will last, and where to get more). With frequent use, lubrication is recommended as much as once a month. ... show more

Set up was a breeze! I’m a fan of this walk pad!! I use this both for walking work outs and walking while at my work desk. It’s quiet enough to listen to work calls while walking. I like that it is both slim and narrow, space saving. I haven’t tried jogging on it, though I’m sure that would be fine too (though it would be a slow jog, it has a lower speed range)! It’s narrower than a traditional treadmill, so you’d just have to watch your footfalls a little closer. Overall very happy with this purchase.     • Good size for home office, small for a 6' person.

So far this product I have little complaints. It's light for a treadmill, which is easy to move rooms if you need to but not up and down stairs. You have to "oil" the mat when you first get it and apparently every 1 - 6 months depending on use. The remote sometimes does not respond right away but it's a dinky remote which you can not loose or it wont work. The display is fair. I doubt very much the distance and MPH is accurate by any means. The calorie counter is useless and absolutely can not be accurate. But I bought this to walk, fast or slow when I have a few minutes sitting at my desk or if the weather is bad and I don't want to walk outside. I walk by time and steps and heart rate rather than calories and speed so the display is kind of a guideline for me. The phone holder is really ONLY for a phone on it's side, a tablet does NOT fit. The bluetooth works well but there are NO instructions for connecting it, but if you've connected one bluetooth device you can figure it out. It is a short treadmill. I am 6' and I can not run on it comfortably without falling off the back because of my stride length. I sometimes clip the end when I walk. It's overall a fair product.     • Bah to the nay-sayers!

So I guess this isn’t for hardcore marathon athletes. But I needed something to MOVE MY BUTT during the pandemic since the workout facility at my job (or most gyms) aren’t an option. This fits the bill perfectly! I’m a 5’7” (170 cm) lady, so not short at all and I don’t have any trouble with my strides “fitting” on the belt (For reference, Apple health says my strides are about 24.4”). This will get you moving, this will make you sweat, and this will get your heart rate up. I have a small apartment, and I love how I can fold this up so easily. I set it up to overlook a busy street, I find the people-watching and seeing the world wake up when I exercise in the mornings helps the time go by faster! My only gripes are that it did seem to come with minor cosmetic blemishes, such as a small crack in the underside plastic, but that could’ve very well been the carrier’s doing. Also, as others have stated, the calorie/speed/distance counters seem a little bogus, but I use my own devices for that. Lastly, the remote is a *little* weak, I think. But all-in-all, these issues are very negligible. I’m quite happy with my purchase, especially for the cost (I got it during a Deal Of The Day). ... show more

    • Such a headache
Right out of the box I had issues with the belt walking to one side or the other and skipping/bogging down with each step. I am well under the weight limit for the unit, so I was surprised to be experiencing such significant performance issues. After attempting to lubricate and tighten the belt multiple times I contacted the seller. I was told I needed to repeat all the steps that I had just completed. (Not a great answer.) After flipping the unit over to inspect the bottom I found that more than half the screws that were holding the unit together were either stripped, broken off, or put on too tightly and cracked the surrounding plastic. This, coupled with the skipping issues lead me to ask to return the unit. Initially the seller wanted to offer me a 50% refund and to keep the unit so I could use the refund to bring it to a local treadmill repair shop. Considering the amount of time and effort I'd already sunk into this subpar product, I was DONE. It took 3 attempts communicating directly with the seller and eventually getting Amazon support involved to get the seller to approve a full refund and return shipping. ... show more

Been using it for many months now, 5-6 days a week and it's been amazing for my fitness journey. I'm 6'1" and was 250 lbs when I starting using this. Now 180. It has enough space to accommodate a run but I did have to adjust my stride. Put this in front of the tv, be on a caloric deficit, and watch to scale go down. It's not too loud either. Worth the price for sure. Only complaint is I had to call customer service as my instruction manual wasn't correct to sync the remote. ... show more

Great small portable treadmill for my daily one hour walk. I believe the the display window counters were not to accurate but they were close. However, Sunday, July 5th it all came to an end. It stopped working. There were no error messages. I replaced the controller battery and still it did work. There was no communication between the controller and treadmill. Maintenance included lubrications but this was not needed. Belt moved freely by hand. ... show more

I’m so happy I bought this treadmill!!! It was really easy to assemble. My 10 year old helped me. : ) I bought it to walk/workout while I’m at home during this pandemic. I work from home and wanted to be able to walk on my breaks and lunch. It’s perfect for what I wanted. I set it up in my den/office area and it fits perfectly in the corner. You can walk on the treadmill with the arms up or down. It’s easy to use. You just turn the power switch on and use the remote to select your speed. It shows your calories, distance, speed and time on the base of the treadmill, not on the arms, like I thought. The arms are a little hard for me to use without bending over, so I don’t use them unless I need to balance myself. My husband and kids love it too! I have to make them get off, so I can use it lol! It’s a little heavy for me to move by myself, but with two people, it’s not a problem. Would definitely recommend! ... show more
