I live in NYS and our gyms are closed due to covid indefinitely (eye roll), needed an affordable alternative for a small space. This was an excellent find. It’s super cute, sleek, folds up beautifully, wheels on the bottom allow it to roll on harder surfaces when folded. As soon as I got it, I ran 2 miles on it and it is shockingly sturdy. This is a very cool treadmill. I’m 250lb and I was afraid that it is not sturdy enough for a big guy like me. No, not at all. It turned to my best friend to change my 250 to 199. I have never ever written a bad review before but I’m just shocked by the level of unprofessionalism of the customer support. I have been lucky enough to receive a faulty unit. It turns itself off automatically from overheating after around 40 minutes of use, followed but a strong burning odor. I’m 176lbs and use the machine for power-walks not running which should be more than fine given the treadmill’s specs. I contacted GYMAX twice via Amazon, the first time the customer support said it was normal for that to happen, the second time they completely ignored my extensive email describing the issue and offered me a $30 refund to keep the faulty machine. I have had the unit for less than a month. So, I get $30 to keep a faulty treadmill and it supposedly has 1 year manufacturer’s warranty. I just request a full refund and will challenge any charges from now on just to make a point that that’s not how you treat customers. I understand that issues happen all the time but customer support should work with me on fixing the issue and not completely dismiss my concerns. ... show more

I’m really loving this treadmill. With the pandemic, I decided to take the leap in creating a home gym. For the price, this treadmill is a huge value! I figured I would buy this and if I actually use it, I’d upgrade to one that does incline in a year. So far, it’s been awesome. Highly recommend.

Decent light treadmill, managed to maneuver it up to my second floor without help. The motor is a little skimpy, so can be a bit stutter-y when walking/running. But, for the price a reasonably well put together device. Wouldn't recommend for any heavy-duty runners out the, but if just looking for something to do some walks...does the trick. ... show more

Great for the price! Bluetooth allows you to sync with various devices. The cord is located in the front, which is rather short. Therefore, one may have to decide where to place the treadmill strategically in a room. Otherwise, very pleased. Easy assembly.
