This coop is adorable and well built for the price. It was kind of easy to put together but I would definitely have two people to assemble it. A drill is needed to make the job go faster. The materials were packaged so well and every piece was included. The coops roof is water proof and there was even a couple of flaps to cover the eggs retrieval lids for water proofing that area. The media could not be loaded. I took my time and put this together by myself. Including breaks and distractions a total of almost 4 hrs. I love it and my ducks love it! I'm sure it will need maintenance to make it last our harsh seasons in SW Missouri, but all in all this is a fantastic set up for a beginner duck keeper like me! I should add that 2 boxes arrived very quickly and when I eagerly unpacked and realized there was too much missing and there must be a 3rd box, both Amazon and the company's customer service were very helpful in confirming there will be a 3rd box and that FedEx would show delivered only after it arrived. That was only 2 more days. I imagine FedEx just missed it and it needed to be routed back to me. ... show more

This coop was so easy to put together. Assembled in less than 3 hours. Was able to do most it with 1 person. Perfect size for our 7 chickens Edit - says it’s easy to move. We moved it 20 feet and a leg fell off completely. The nesting box doors have already come undone where it attaches at the hinges. The wood is soft and the screws are popping out. Just put this coop together. Once the directions were understood assembly was a breeze. Very sturdy coop for the price. I am placing it in a 10x20 run. Think it will be roomy enough for my 10 ducks.

Great coop! I have backyard chickens and was looking for an appropriate hen house to keep the flock safe from weather. I have a fairly good sized run already but the chickens refused to use the shelters I have in place. Plenty big enough to hold my six, I’m not sure it would comfortably hold 8 but there are 6 brooder spaces with convenient lift up roof to collect eggs, screen covered windows for ventilation and a pull out tray for easy cleaning. Since I already have an enclosed run, I didn’t get the additional cage portion you can order with it. ... show more
