The coup does come in two separate packages. The coup looks great. It was easy to put together. The instructions were very clear with pictures. We are happy customers and so happy to give our hens this extra room to lay with security from predators and the elements. Good coop, easy to put together with 2 people. My chickens will be very happy for their upgrade! All of the panels aligned, it was easy to square up. I have 6 laying hens. It's holding up just fine and gives my birds a haven from the wind and weather. I couldn't be happier. I'm so glad I made this purchase. I bought this cope for my daughter in law, and she absolutely loved it. It was the perfect size and so easy to put together. She can’t wait to move her chickens in the house. She loves the locks and the tray to clean so easy. The sizes of the laying boxes are perfect too. I may have to buy her another if she gets more chickens. Loving this coop so far! Easy to put together and very spacious. I have 4 hens and the coop could hold maybe 2-3 more comfortably. I also added an additional higher roost bar. My only WARNING is that you must air the coop out for at least 36 hours. It stinks bad and would absolutely asphyxiate your chickens. Also make sure you put it together in a well ventilated space!! I took my time and put this together by myself. Including breaks and distractions a total of almost 4 hrs. I love it and my ducks love it! I'm sure it will need maintenance to make it last our harsh seasons in SW Missouri, but all in all this is a fantastic set up for a beginner duck keeper like me! I should add that 2 boxes arrived very quickly and when I eagerly unpacked and realized there was too much missing and there must be a 3rd box, both Amazon and the company's customer service were very helpful in confirming there will be a 3rd box and that FedEx would show delivered only after it arrived. That was only 2 more days. I imagine FedEx just missed it and it needed to be routed back to me. ... show more

Searched for weeks looking for specifics, as this isn't our first coop. We wanted something off the ground, with 4 roosts, 4 nests and space for 10 growing chicks. Living in the south, we also needed air circulation for hot summers. This Air97 seems to fit the bill. It arrived in 3 well packaged boxes with parts and hardware clearly labeled, making assembly straightforward. There are small gaps here and there, but keep in mind this is not a house for humans, it's a chicken coop. It's quite heavy and has withstood some wind already. We built it inside a large covered pen. The only concern are the 2 pans, as they were the first to rust out in our walk-in coop. The paint isn't great, but this prefab was a less expensive and a quicker option than building from scratch. The size is perfect for our needs, and it is a well designed floor plan. ... show more

This is a really nice coop, but just to prepare you it is 'waayyy' smaller than you think it will be. It is very low to the ground as well. But the material is good and the chickens love it. I just wish there was a vent on one of the doors on the ramp or door side/ends. I like them though.

Easy to assemble and well designed but the wood is where things start to go wrong. All the hinges, latches, and hardware work well. The asphalt roof and hatch seals are a great addition and the metal floor is easy to clean. It is a good design and the chickens seem comfortable in it. However, the wood is very light like poplar but I'm guessing it is heat treated because it is very brittle. It cracked where the nesting boxes meet the main sidewall. Easy fix with brackets, but now im wondering if i should replace it with something more substantial. Perfect for starting out. I have 2 Orpingtons, 3 Reds, 2 Americauns and they all fit without any trouble. ... show more

My order arrived with some minor damage to a few panels, but assembly was easy and straightforward. I contacted the seller, and their customer service responded immediately. They offered reimbursement for the cost to replace the damaged parts. Although I was initially issued an RMA for a return, the issue was resolved quickly without needing to proceed with it.     • Don't waste your time

Purchased 2 of these and have had them a few weeks now. Very poor quality. The wood is super cheap and doesmt hold up well to the elements. The Roost bars are lower than the nesting boxes which means the chickens sleep in the nesting boxes. The door to access the inside is pretty small so if you're a bigger person like me, its really hard to properly clean the inside of the coop. The drawers that pull out end up spilling the dirty contents everywhere. Gaps all around the drawers so it isn't even properly enclosed or predator proof. We moved the coop and the middle legs broke. The screws pulled out of the wood the first time I raised the lid on the nesting boxes. All in all, this coop isn't worth the over $400 I paid for each one. ... show more
