Mine shipped with a problem with the base not being able to lift the chair because the pin that allows it to lift was underneath the metal bar. it was an easy fix with pliers and a screwdriver (wear eye gear to avoid injury) i got lucky that i didn’t break it so i wouldn’t recommend doing so if you are afraid of a void in warranty. the chair is really well build. i got it because it was one of the few that actually has a metal base and it is i fact really well built. i don’t personally see it breaking but i still manage to be careful with it. the chair took about 1-2 weeks to break in for me. it’s definitely the the most comfortable at first but eventually you get use to it and i feel it would be even more if you purchase something for more back support.

Ordered the item 4 days ago it arrived 2 days earlier than expected , I am in shock that how flawless the chair and its materials is made out of for the amount of money I spent on it there was literally nothing wrong with it what so ever , I wanted to take this chance and say gratitude to GTRacing , you guys are doing such a great job with a fair price , the chair is so comfortable and about the cushions I actually have to say they’re more than enough at least for me , I have never assembled a chair like this but was surprisingly simple they literally had done as much as possible before they sent it I just had to tighten up some stuff with the wrench they provided in the box , thank you again GTRacing gamin chair 🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇🏆

The chair is good, I like the design it looks good and the wheels are good, the suspension still works well but every now and then do certain things make it drop a little but doesn't happen if I'm simply playing and moving a bit to get stuff around me. the armrest are kind of wiggly and become more over time so sometimes you can lean a bit on them and if you're not on the middle when doing so they will just twist in the direction you lean, I wish they implemented a lock on them just how they have one for their hight but it's not too bad. whatever the chair is made of leather or whatever is really good, so far none of it has chipped off or looked like it's drying out and going to peel soon everything looks just as when I took it out of the box and speaking of out of the box, this is a really easy chair to piece together, I did it in about 10-20min and I was able to simply sit on it and move around. Also, this doesn't have the best comfort for your butt, but I don't really think there's a chair out there that you won't get eventually tired of sitting in, and then leaning on the chair is good, I'm not brusk with it because I fear any chair would snap and I will fall but I've tried it leaning about 160 degrees and I haven't felt like I'm gonna fall so it has a good base

Great product, very sturdy. Easy to assemble. Only issue is the seat has side panels that are narrower for a bigger person or athlete, it will dig into your thighs. Besides that one set issue everything else is on point.

I weigh 350 pounds and the chair does not complain at all. It locks in place at five different levels. My son also enjoys it when he plays his video games adjusting both the lower back and neck support pads. I believe this chair will last a long time!

I am happy with this chair, but there are some details that I would like to point out: 1-The wheels don't turn very well, the chair does not slide smoothly because of that; 2-The chair looks great, but is very light and top heavy, so easily toppled, especially if you are trying to slide it from one side to the other while atop it; 3-The tilt function does not work. There is a lever that you can pull, and there is a knob you can turn to adjust it, but nothing happens; Overall, it is a great looking gaming chair, the upholstery is great and I recommend it, just make sure you are aware of the other issues.

This chair was easy to assemble but after using it for a few days I realized I needed more padding. I ended up buying an extra pad to put on top of the chair, in-order to sit comfortably. The arm rests would be a lot better if you could bring them closer to the seat, they are to spaced out for comfort. The actuator no longer holds up and frequently loses the height I was sitting at, especially when spinning around / rotating the the to get up. I weigh 255 pounds, I expended more from this chair. So outside of the looks and easy of assembly, I would not recommend this chair. I haven't owned this chair for a year yet and I am in the market for a new/better one. Hope this helps on your purchase choice.
