This walking pad is great for getting some exercise while working from home. It's quiet enough that it doesn't bother me while I'm on calls. The incline is a nice feature. It's easy to store under my bed when I'm not using it. It's helpful for getting in some extra steps during the day.

Since this treadmill is very compact, you can use it in any small areas like under your work desk, in a small bedrooms. Remember Incline option is not electric, so you have to adjust ie manually to your desired degree. Besides, this treadmill has a very quiet motor which has a great speed as well. Another thing I like about it is having a small screen in front which indicates speed, and calories. The way I see it, it's great for walking, but not really running, so keep that in your mind it's not a big unit.

Previously my work from home job had not allowed us to use these types of walking treadmills at work but recently that policy has changed. Many of my co-workers we using these types of walking pads to get in extra steps while they worked and saw huge benefit from it so I decided to get one myself and so far am very happy with the results. In fact I'm walking at a 1.6 mph pace as I type this. This unit is very easy to set up (it's pretty much plug and play) and includes some additional pedestals if you want to walk at an incline. The belt itself was easy to adjust (tighen or loosen) with the provided Allen wrench. My belt as a little loose so a few clockwise turns of the wrench let me find the optimal tension to keep the belt from sliding to one side or the other. The one thing I wish it did have is a little more options to level itself with self leveling feet, it seems like my floor is slightly askew which causes the unit to move about 1/16 of an inch making more noise than it needs to. I also noticed that walking on the back half rather than the front half makes the motor work less hard and limits the noise the unit makes. So far I'm not too impressed with the Bluetooth app, it doesn't seem to capture my historic walks and it seems like it needs to be open in order to capture a workout. I think there is some development work that needs to be done to make it better so hopefully that is fixed in future release. While nice to have it's more about getting me moving than trying to capture stats for me so this is something that is not all that important to me. Overall for the price it's a nice unit and if it gets me up and moving throughout the day it's well worth it. Would recommend!

The media could not be loaded. The walking pad is fairly low noise; my walking is louder than the motor. It's easy to set up, even out of the box, since you can roll it around and put it on the ground where you'll use it. Out of the box, I ran the treadmill for a little bit and I heard noise where the belt was rubbing against the side of the treadmill. The instructions to align the belt are not the greatest... I use the provided hex key to tighten/loosen the hex screw to move the underlying belt roller; tightening brings the roller closer to you and loosening move the roller away from you. Start the treadmill and the belt will slowly move towards the side where the roller is furthest from you. I recommend only adjusting one side to keep things more consistent. Once the belt is aligned, you'll need tighten/loosen the hex screw appropriately so that the both sides of the roller are equidistant to you; technically it needs to be parallel to the roller at the head of the treadmill, but it's hard to see. There's also plenty of videos instructing how to "center a treadmill belt". There's a power switch on the treadmill itself to turn on the treadmill, but it won't start moving. This is good as you always want a power switch on the device itself so it's harder for the treadmill to accidentally start moving. Once the treadmill is turned on, you need to use the provided remote to turn get the treadmill moving. It will slowly ramp up to speed and you can use the remote to further increase/decrease the speed. Stopping slowly ramps the speed down until a full stop. I've confirmed that the treadmill does get up to speed of a light jog. Just be careful as there's nothing to hold onto and treadmill doesn't allow you to immediately stop. Be ready to hop off! The treadmill has those 7 segmented LED displays that track speed, distance, duration, and calories burnt. Calories burnt is difficult to calculate without specialized equipment, so i'm not sure how accurate the calories burnt indicator is.

The media could not be loaded. A nice compact treadmill. Great for walking. Not really big enough for jogging, as the is just not enough width or length to account for imperfect steps. When walking, though, it is good enough. I imagine this would be great for someone in a small apartment. It is also rather quiet. And as long as you are just walking, I can’t imagine anyone in a different room or behind walls or ceilings would hear you. The remote is a nice touch. It is responsive, unlike some cheap remotes you get with gadgets. Assembly was super simple. Just screw on the incline pegs, straighten the belt, and add a little oil to the deck. The included two tiny bottle of oil, as well as a little hex wrench to calibrate the belt. I will still use a full size treadmill for jogging and running, but if you are just walking, and don’t need much of an incline, this will do the trick.
