I received the product in a timely manner, no product damage, all items were in box, and assembly was time consuming but not difficult. However during assembly as you can see one of the side rests sit a few inches higher than the other. I contacted the seller Verona sky about this issue and while they get back quickly, they’ve wanted several photos, some I’ve already sent again, and haven’t provided a timely solution on getting the new parts to replace it. The reason for the 1 star is because they have not made my issue right. Also the massage pillow for this chair is very sub par, it doesn’t even feel like ur getting a massage just a slight vibrating pillow that if you’re gaming with a headset may rattle ur chair/headset. The Good; The reclining is smooth, easy, awkward at first but u get the hang of it? Fits great I’m 6’3 For the price point it’s comfortable. The bad: Massage Pillow Messed up parts Support team Lots of chords for speakers and pillow ‘(wish everything was connected to one power cord) I wouldn’t buy again but it’s not worth the hassle of disassembling and returning it bc it’s not an awful product by any means. Also as far as size I’m 6’3 200 pounds give or take. Height won’t affect comfortability but if ur an obese individual this may be a bit narrow and less comfy, ... show more

Amazing sound, very comfortable
Color: Grey
This chair is no gimmick. It looks and feel exactly now it looks. Im surprised it was as cheap as it was. The bluetooth is good, not amazing! But good! Their loud enough to be heard throughout the whole house, but dont offer a lot of bass. Aside from that; Volume good i would give it a 7 👍🏽 Comfort lvl 8 Its currently being used as my home office chair and its a great fit👌🏽 ... show more

Not comfy
Color: Grey
No back support. Electrical cord for speakers and vibrating cushion way too short. Chair needs to be directly next to an outlet.

I thought assembling this recliner would be tough and require two people, but I was able to do it alone. While the heat feature could be hotter, I really like the massage function. Despite that, I'd highly recommend this recliner to anyone. It's remarkably comforting and great for easing backaches. I'm completely content with this purchase, and the extra pockets for my phone and other items were delightful surprises. I truly love this chair. ... show more
