Built with love, Great product, great chair, comfort, and support. Only issues for me is the arm supports should have the adjustment slots underneath machined another 1/4" to 3/8" each slot to allow the supports to come in closer to center of seat. Also the elevation lever can be placed closer to common seat location, you have to hunt for it. Lumbar Pillow though comfortable, should of had a more intuitive way to secure it that compliments the chairs design. Rolls good, reclines, and retracts easily. The chair looks so sleek and expensive but costs half the price of the way more expensive name brand chairs. It’s Comfy and adjustable in height and arm positioning. The Bluetooth also works really well especially if you want speaker for your pc but don’t want the bulky speakers on the desk/walls. So worth it for the money! ... show more

So far this chair out lasted any other chair I had. By now most chairs would have been ripped ,torn or already coming off the support pole. This thing is holding up great for both myself and my two boys. I’m over 240 pounds and it supports me perfectly. Very well built. Highly recommend.

This chair was delivered quickly and was easy to assemble with adequate instructions, but I absolutely HATE the swivel armrests. Firstly, I don't see why the armrests need to rotate in any direction, as it doesn't seem ergonomic to sit in any position. Secondly, the fact that I like to sometimes sit relaxed with a leg up and lean it on the armrest... only to have it rotate outward and my leg go flying, really annoys me. Overall, not bad, but if I knew that the armrests swivel couldn't be locked I probably wouldn't buy it. ... show more
