My first mistake when buying an office chair was not paying attention to the cushioning. I had enough of my legs falling asleep, so I bought this chair. This chair is so comfortable that I could totally take a nap in it. I am a medium sized person and I can cross my legs in it! The fabric is nice and soft too. My first office chair was mesh, which dug into my skin. This chair does not give me discomfort. I love the little back pillow that comes with this chair. The height is adjustable, so it works well with most desk heights. This chair was also so easy to put together. The foot rest was a little difficult to adjust to slide easy. Back rest was a little thinner than I expected, but it is still sturdy. This is the best office/gaming chair I have sat in! I am about to fall asleep writing this from sitting in this chair.

Chair is a great value at this price point. The back reclines separately from the seat, which contributes a lot to the comfort. The arm rests are not adjustable and feel very solid, which is a plus for me, as I dont like arm rests that rotate and loosen up over time. The build is very solid, with heavy steel parts where needed. However as others have noted the "foot rest" does not extend very far and although it seems durable I am hesitant to put full weight on it. The bars seem like they might bend. That said the foot rest is comfortable with light use. The chair is rated for 350 pounds, which may be optimistic as far as space goes. I'm 5-8" and 176 lbs. and the chair fits me great. If I were 150+ pounds heavier I'm not sure the seat would be wide enough. Your Butt May Vary. The delivery was on time and in perfect shape, although the box was a bit beat up. Assembly was fast and very smooth, thanks to well-fitted parts and well-marked fasteners. There are more ergonomic gaming chairs out there (at 2 or 3 times the price), but this chair is comfortable enough for mutiple hours of gaming and should last a good long time.

This chair has been a fantastic purchase! I thought I would have to get a super expensive chair to get the comfort and support I wanted but this one was very reasonably priced and I got it on sale too. It's extremely versatile and very comfortable even for all day gaming. The lumbar pillow is the perfect firmness. The seat width is such a breath of fresh air. I can change how I'm sitting regularly and comfortably with plenty of room. All of its movement is smooth, i.e hinges, support column, wheels. My favourite feature so far is locking the recline in the exact angle I want with a quick push of a lever. It was easy to put together (though it took a bit of hand strength for some spots, like the last screws on the sides, so it may not be very easy for anyone with dexterity concerns.) It's almost completely noise-free and what noises it does make are quiet. The fabric is holding up well so far (2 months at the time of review). As a seamstress, I had concerns since the faux suede types usually aren't, but it's doing well. And the temperature regulates great. No overheating or sweating. The only thing struggling occasionally are the zippers on the neck and lumbar pillows. Sometimes they slip open since the fabric is so tight over the inserts, but they can be closed again and the zippers aren't technically broken yet. The footrest is a nice addition but doesn't extend far enough out to fully stretch my legs out. An extender that collapses into the main bars for the footrest would be needed since the bars are exactly the depth of the seat when put away. It they were longer they would stick out the back underneath the seat. All-in-all, a fantastic purchase that my weary body is appreciating when I'm at my computer. I'll try to remember to update this on the durability in a few months!

This is actually a pretty solid chair. Was easy to put together, I’d say it took me about 35-40ish mins to put it together. I like the color, was a bit lighter than I expected tho. The material is very soft and comfortable, I like how it feels and everything. The seat padding is pretty firm, but not uncomfortable, could be a tad softer tho. I might need to break it in more. It reclines well and the leg/foot rest is solid and sturdy. The neck rest pillow works well, but I do wish the lumbar pillow was a tad thicker and actually strapped to the chair. My only gripe is the left arm rest wiggles a bit, that’s it. Over all happy with my purchase, would get again in a different color just to have or would give one as a gift.

I've had multiple office chairs... at home and at work, and each has their own unique characteristics. I originally had an IKEA office chair that I bought online, instead of going into the store, and the seat itself is a little shallow for what I normally like. It could be my posture, it could be the chair, but my upper shoulders were starting to get sore I needed something that was more comfortable for me at the house since I started working from home. I definitely didn't want a PU or leather chair, so I was looking for a fabric chair that would be comfortable and not collect dog hair. I also wanted a foot rest as well. I've never had a gaming chair, but if gamers can sit in those chairs for hours on end to play and stream, then there has to be something to it, right? The chair came in a couple of days earlier than expected, which was great! The box is heavy, so if you are not comfortable sliding this across your floor, I would suggest having someone help you bring it in, or have something to roll it on. I popped the box open and everything was there. No weird smells, no tears, all was in good condition! It took me about 30 minutes to put the chair together while following the very detailed instructions and boom! Chair! I've been using this for a few days and my back already feels better, and the recline and foot rest work really well! The height is standard and is adjustable like all office chairs, the depth is better than the IKEA chair, and the width is standard. Not bulky at all. I have a small office space at the house, but this fits great! It's comfortable to sit in for long periods of time. But if you're looking for more a cloud, then this isn't it. This is between a firm and a cloud. But I'm not sure if it's because it hasn't been "broken in" yet. The ONLY downfall I would say is the fabric. While comfortable and soft, it is... slippery. If I sit in the chair a certain way, I slide a little bit. But honestly, I don't mind at all because the chair is super comfy! I did, on my own accord, swap the wheels out for rollerblade wheels instead of the standard caster wheels it comes with. But I rolled with the standard for a couple of days before the new wheels came in and they're fine. I have tile floors, so not sure about any scuffing. WORD OF ADVICE: I'm not sure if anyone else had this issue, but when I was putting the chair together I did notice that the metal bar that connects the back of the chair to the bottom did not line up 100% with the screw holes. So the bar was crooked a little bit when I tried to attach it to the bottom. The instructions say to attach the bar to the back of the chair and THEN the bottom, I did it the opposite way and got it to work. If you're having that issue, I would so go backwards for that part and see where that lands you. First gaming chair, and overall I'm pleased with the results and the price wasn't bad for it either!

Seat is very comfortable but is in the firmer side. Cushion on armrest feels great. It is sturdy and went together well. Recline goes pretty far back but never felt like it was tipping over or couldn’t handle the weight. I don’t use the footrest but it deed seem a little short, for reference I am 6’2 and about 275 lbs. My son is 6’3 and about 325 lbs really enjoys it when I let him. I searched for a while and I am glad I picked this one. Definitely worth the price.

This is by far, the worst and most uncomfortable PC gaming chair I have ever purchased, and I've had 7 or 8 in my lifetime, all from different companies, because no chair so far, has gotten my approval of re-ordering. It's partially my fault, because I did not fully understand what a pocket spring cushion was, until I had the unpleasant experience of sitting in one. I like firm seats, not ones that wobble up and down, every time I slightly move forward or backwards in my chair. That's what the adjustable up and down mechanic is for and the is no need for a gap between the back part of the seat and the back rest. Extremely poorly designed. I also had the unfortunate pleasure off receiving a defective chair, as the bottom right armrest hole is defective and the screw will not screw in tightly. I did call them and I commend them for posting their phone number on this site, as well as them being polite and as helpful as possible. Anyway, they said it was most likely a defective armrest, so they shipped me another right armrest free of charge, however, once I installed it, the same same thing happened again, same bottom right hole, where the screw would not screw in tightly. I proceeded to call them again and let them know, while also telling them to not worry about it, that I would just have to live with this defective chair, until I need a new, which is around every 3 years. Lastly. the chair fabric is fantastic and the best part of the chair, while the construction of the chair is poorly designed and way too uncomfortable, for me anyway. Also the head cushion and the back cushion are both to flat, as the needed to be thicker and puffier, which is another reason why this chair is so darn uncomfortable. My hunt for the perfect PC gaming chair continues. Let's see who the next lucky company will be to get my money and either please me, or disappoint me. Will I ever find that perfect PC gaming chair before I die? Time will tell! Robert S.
