There was some hardware issue with threading the bolts to the frame to chair. I'm assuming the fabric inside was getting in the way. Took me 30 minutes to get the screw to start. Good things, it seems sturdy. I've had it for 4 months now and other than the arms needed to be tightened many times, I think the fastener finally set into position. So keep your tools if you don't have any Allen wrenches. Over a duration of sitting, your back does seem to hurt. But I have back issues anyways so I cannot say honestly it's the chairs fault. Overall a decent chair. I've put many hours in it. The leg prop is not that sturdy it seems but I don't use it. The great feature would be if the whole chair could tilt back not just the back. I'd give a 5 star plus. I think this would relieve some tension off your back and make a perfect chair. I give it a 4.

Considering I had just had an operation on my right hand, it was a task getting it inside. After I unloaded everything, I turned the shipping box upside down and used it for assembly. Very pleased to find a comfortable and easy-to-hold Allen wrench included. Pictures for assembly were very easy to follow. AND there is a bubble pack with extra parts if I were to lose something (I did not). I'm in the chair right now, and I am delighted!

Was looking for a chair to use in my crafting room and came across this one. I loved the colors so went for it. My one major complaint is the wheels are super super hard to install I don’t know if it was just mine or not but if you don’t have good hand strength keep that in mind! It lays back almost all the way and with the foot rest out you could honestly take a nap it’s that comfortable. It’s not super plush, it has some structure to the actual seat. Would recommend!

I was worried that this seat wouldn’t have enough cushion to sit in it for long periods of time, I was wrong. This chair is very comfortable for my WFH job. The blue color is also beautiful.

The first thing I want to mention is that, when I opened it, there were already two small cuts in the cover. I didn't use scissors or a box cutter or anything, except to cut the tape off of the box, and the side the cuts were on were faced away from the opening of the box. So, technically, it came already damaged, however it was small enough that I don't really care too much, I was just slightly disappointed. When putting it together, I found the directions and the way things were labeled confusing, but I eventually figured it out. I do appreciate that there are worded instructions along with pictures. When I sit on it and have it at its tallest, sometimes it goes down a little. Maybe I'm too heavy, or maybe it isn't sturdy? I am quite a heavy person though. It doesn't bother me a ton, as it's very little. Armrests don't feel super sturdy, but sturdy enough. The most important thing, comfort. Oh my god, this has got to be one of the most comfortable chairs I have ever sat in, and the message feature makes it even better. Though, I do wish it had an on/off switch, rather than just plugging it in or not plugging it in. My back hurts less now. I have to sit at my computer for several hours every day doing school work, and I game when I'm not doing that. Safe to say, most of my free time is spent at my desk. A comfortable chair is very much appreciated. I'd have rated this four stars, if it weren't for the fact that I spent so much money on it, yet it was already damaged when I got it. Yes the damage was small, but something of this price should be high quality, and not damaged at all.
