Great chair
Color: Bright Black
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’m really happy with this chair! It looks even better in person and feels very comfortable to sit in. The cushioning is nice, the back support is great, and I especially love that it comes with a footrest. It’s perfect for sitting for long periods of time, whether I’m working, gaming, or just relaxing. The chair also feels sturdy and well-made, and the design looks stylish without taking up too much space. Assembly was pretty straightforward as well. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable chair! ❤️ ... show more

Better Than Expected – Comfortable, Sturdy, and Easy to Assemble!
Color: Bright Black
This GTPLAYER e-sports chair really exceeded my expectations! The installation process is very simple. It takes about twenty to thirty minutes to install according to the instructions. The accessories are complete and there are no missing parts. The chair is very comfortable to sit on. The biggest highlight is the Pocket Spring cushion. It is not as hard as an ordinary sponge chair, and the support is very good. You will not feel tired after sitting for a long time in office and playing games. The backrest has a strong feeling of wrapping, and the position of the lumbar support and headrest is also suitable, which has good support for the waist and neck. I bought the black one, which is basically the same as the picture. It is very good-looking, and the fabric is comfortable to touch, and it will not be as sultry in summer like leather. The armrest is linked with the backrest, and the arm is also supported when lying down to rest, and it is very comfortable to pull out the footrest for a lunch break. The overall workmanship is solid, the chair is very stable, the wheels slide smoothly, and there is no abnormal sound. At this price, it is really cost-effective, which is more comfortable than many more expensive e-sports chairs. I am still very satisfied after using it for a few days. If I still need to buy a computer chair in the future, I will choose GTPLAYER and recommend it to my friends. ... show more

Those legs are ANNOYING to assemble, but otherwise decent chair
Color: Navyblue
The hardest part about putting this thing together is the legs. It says "slap on floor" or something to get the screw holes to line up. THEY WON'T! What you really need to do is get it as close as possible to lining up, then put the bolt in at an angle but DO NOT SCREW IT IN! Put the tool into the bolt and then use the two to press inwards and kinda pry back the leg piece until the bolt stands upright like it should. THEN screw it in! A screwdriver won't work because it tends to slide right back out if you aren't holding it in place when you start to screw in the bolt. So when you remove the screwdriver to put the bolt in, you'll lose the alignment anyway. And you need the tool (included with it) in the bolt to be able to apply enough pressure while at an angle to "catch" the screw hole before pulling it into line. HEAD. ACHE. Aside from that, here's my assessment of the chair's use compared to about 4 or 5 others that I've used in my lifetime: The assembly is easy and straightforward after you get those leg screw holes lined up. The arms seem to be shorter in length and height than some other chairs I've had. But that's a good thing for me because when the seat is at the correct height, the arms of other chairs were rubbing against the underside of my *GLASS* top desk. Occasionally that little bit of give in the chair when I get up or descent when I sit down would snap the arms against the glass of my desk, and it always sounded like I would break it. Thankfully, I didn't. Also, I love the fabric covering! I ordered this specifically for that one reason. The one I'm about to throw out now has the typical vinyl covering and as it aged, it cracked, especially on the arm rests, and my arms were getting torn up by it! While this cloth will also wear over time (especially being microfiber), it shouldn't create sharp vinyl pieces to scratch up my arms, so that's a plus! The back of the chair has a really thick dense foam that isn't quite conforming to my spine just yet. It's going to take some wearing in to really feel comfy. My worry is that once it breaks down enough to wear in, the foam may deteriorate very quickly afterwards. That's something to watch for in the future though. The arms may have a lighter foam, or maybe the foam just conforms better to sharper points, like elbows. But they seem to have more give to them, for which ever reason. The back also doesn't lean back as far as some gaming chairs I have had. That could be bad for me as I sometimes get *very random* vertigo and need to lie flat for a few minutes until it goes away. With this chair, I'll probably have to stumble to a couch or bed to lie down if it happens. The seat itself is not too long or short either. I've had some that were short enough I felt like I would fall off the front of the chair. And others that were so long that when I saw back, my knees were ON the seat of the chair. This one is, thankfully, right in between. The foot rest isn't anything special nor bad, but it "attaches" in the slides with a bolt on the back of one side. That will make it easy to remove when it's time to buy another chair. With the exception of the gas lift, most of this will be easy to take apart to fit inside of a large trash collection container when it's time for that. (Yes, I've gone through enough chairs for that to be a concern now!) I never use the lumbar supports, so I can't give any information on that. ... show more

Great chair, amazing customer service after sale
Color: Bright Black
This chair is a great quality but what's even better is the customer service. The chair lives in my teenagers Game Room AKA bedroom. It has withstood 7 months of hard use. He has been known to sleep in it and to have his 60 lb dogs sitting in his lap. Seriously this chair has taking some abuse. Approximately 8 months after we got it one of the arms broke off.. probably because my son was leaning to heavily on it. I contacted the manufacturer, sent them pictures and they immediately sent us a new arm rest and back of the chair because the armrest had ripped the leather of the back when it broke. From the pictures they also noticed that the lumbar support was misshapen (because of abuse) and offered to send a new one of those as well. When the items shipped, free of charge, they sent us a tracking number and even followed up after we received it to make sure everything was okay. I will definitely be a repeat customer of this company! ... show more

Not bad, not great.
Color: Bright Black
Pros: pretty comfortable so far but I haven't sat on it for an extended period of time yet. There's a tiny bit of side to side wobble (not enough to really care about it) but it feels pretty solid. Especially the base. Easy to assemble. Looks pretty nice. Doesn't take up a lot of room. This chair is skinnier than my last one but still wide enough to contain my fat body lol The fabric material feels pretty good even against bare skin. The padded fabric armrests are a huge upgrade from the hard plastic/rubber ones ony old chair. Cons: the footrest isn't very long and feels like the cheapest part of this chair. The lumbar/back pillow isn't adjustable like on other chairs. It's just a loose pillow that sits on the chair. It's not that important to me but this may bother some people. The neck pillow is a lot smaller than I expected but still pretty comfortable when reclining. The levers that recline the chair and raise and lower the seat are not in the best location. You really have to reach for them. The angle of the seat cushion feels weird. It feels like it leans slightly forward so it's not the best seating position for me. This leads to slight discomfort in my tail bone area after sitting for long periods unless I'm leaning forward myself. All in all I like this chair so far but I'm sure there are better ones out there around the same price. I will update if things start breaking any time soon lol this is definitely an upgrade from my old and busted chair. I just wish I was able to order the color I wanted (I wanted the grey one) but when I added to cart it switched back to the default black one and for some reason Amazon wouldn't let me cancel the order even though I requested to cancel it only 20 minutes after ordering it. And this was on a late Saturday night. I submitted 3 cancellation requests and they still shipped the wrong chair anyway. Good job Amazon! The chair still looks good though and I don't feel like going through the return process so I'm just going to keep it anyway. This is a decent budget gaming chair ... show more

Quality & customer service team
Color: Bright Black
To first start off the chair is very comfortable as a heavy set person myself, and the different color options for it’s appearance is nice to see as most just come as black or white, The back plate is made of steel as it feels so it’s very durable and stable, The cloth is really nice, the con with the cloth is that it’s prone to get any type of animal hair stuck to it very easily and it’s a little hard to get the hair/fur off, the seat is cushioned a good amount where you can go about 10hrs-12hrs in it with very minimal to no discomfort, the wheel base is very sturdy and strong, but 11months in a screw shaped in the screw hole where you’d screw the leg into the base of the chair, I got ahold of customer support through emailing them and I was shocked only cause how fast they respond(2-3 hours after your email/reply) and honestly it was great! I had to provide proof of damage and they responded with sending me a new base and also a gas piston lift cause mine has a very small leakage where it’ll slowly go down from max lift tell it’s at its lowest it can get and stop, the customer support is very reliable and helpful, I’d say better then other chair brands, to put it short your getting a really good chair for the value that it is and a 1 year warranty along side with it, so I’d say give it a try! ... show more
