I really like the chair, but theres something about it that i hate, but ill mention that last. Its super easy to build, the lumbar support was a little to big for me, so i had to replace it, and just move the vibrating deivce into my new one. It was kinda pricey, which makes the thing i hate about it even worse, but for a good quality chair, with all the lumbar support and decent recline, the price should be expect. especially since it comes with a foot rest as well, and the vibratitng lumbar suppor. The foot rest, at least for me does not extened far enough for my feet to feel comfortbale using it, I still use it but it hjust feels a little awkward and end up having to adjust my feet.multiple times. so overall the chair is pretty good, especially when compared to others in a similar price range. Theres is only one thing that i hate aboutt his chair, and thats the fact that its so noisy. The metal is constantly clinging whenever i move around, and the material will constantly squeak, when ever you try to recline. The fact that the chair costed over $100, and is no noisy honestly upsets me so much. Have youb ever had a old matteress and any time you moved a little, it would make so much noise? Thats how i feel whenever i make any type of movement on this chair. I dont know, if all chairs will be like that, i sure hope not, and if its truely not supposed to be that noisy even though i just bought it about a month ago(it was making the noises even on the first day). If its truely not suppposed be doing that i sure hope the company reads this and contacts me about replacing the chair for one that doesnnt make so many annoying noises over any movement. if all chairs are like that, then i think theres a serioous design flaw, and should be looked into and fixed asap. Other than that, its a good chair and if those small noises dont bug you then i would recommend buying this chair over any available in a similar price. I hope my review helps someone out there to decide to purchase or even not to purchase this chair.

I usually don’t write reviews, but I honestly felt like this chair deserved one. I’m really impressed with it, especially for the price. I put it together completely by myself and had zero issues during assembly. All of the holes lined up correctly, all of the parts were included, and the instructions were straightforward. It was way less frustrating than a lot of furniture/chair builds I’ve dealt with before. The reclining feature is one of my favorite parts, especially because it locks into place instead of constantly moving around. The foot/leg rest is also a huge plus and makes it really comfortable for relaxing, gaming, or working at my desk for long periods. The only minor downside so far is that the seat/butt cushion is a little firm/stiff right out of the box, but honestly that’s pretty normal with new chairs and I’m sure it’ll soften up over time with use. Overall, I’m really happy with it. Even my kids love sitting in it whenever they get the chance. Definitely recommend!

Great chair. Comfortable. Worth the price. The foot rest doesn't seem sturdy for taller people. My son is 6'1 and its more like a calf rest for him, so we don't use it. The massaging function is awesome, but the pillow flattens extremely fast unless you fluff. Arm rest and head rest are amazing.

I bought the GTPLAYER Gaming Chair (Snow White) and overall I’m very satisfied with it. The chair has a nice design and looks great in both a gaming setup and a home office. The materials feel solid and well-made, especially considering the price range. Assembly was easy, and the chair offers good comfort, with helpful lumbar support, a headrest, and a footrest that makes a difference during longer sessions. The height adjustment works smoothly, the 360° swivel is stable, and the chair feels sturdy. For the price, I think it offers very good value for money. The only downside I noticed is that the back can get a bit warm, especially during long periods of use or on hotter days, since the material is not very breathable. Chairs are good quality even though not easy to put together. A part broke and after a long process and a lot of back and forth, the company ultimately made things right and went above and beyond to resolve the issue. The replacement backrests that were originally sent were incorrect, but customer service continued working with me until the correct parts were identified and shipped. They also included additional screws and footrest connector parts at no charge, even though portions of the chair were technically out of warranty. Communication could definitely have been faster at times, especially with shipping updates, but I appreciate that they stayed engaged and did not walk away from the issue. In the end, they showed they stood behind their product and wanted to make sure everything was resolved properly. Thank you to the team for continuing to work through the issues and making it right.

It was fun to put together and it's not a terrible chair, but I gotta say the quality is similar to IKEA furniture. But at least with IKEA furniture, when you follow the instructions, the dang thing stays together. Day 3 since I put it together and I'm constantly having to screw in the armrest. I don't know why the bolts don't lock in and I recognized it as I was putting it together. I can't tell if it's stripped or intended to be loose with the bearing. Either way, it's a hassle, and I recommend finding a real solution for your product than putting FAQ in the instruction manual addressing a temporary solution to a problem the company is well aware of. But hey, it's under $200(and still overpriced imo), which is getting what you paid for. The chair does offer great support, however the pillows are kind of irritating to adjust, which is really more often than I prefer to adjust something. The feature to lean the chair back is great in concept but lord have mercy does that thing throw back. There's no friction so it can swing back if you just pop the lock. and that can be uncomfortable to deal with at first, but like all things we don't like but have to live with, you get used to it. The overall color and appearance design is cool. It was one of the reasons I made the choice to purchase it. But don't let the appearance mislead you. This is the equivalent to designing a low poly object in blender and slapping 4k post-rendering to the model so you can't see what's really underneath until you dig through it on your own. The review idea hint thing is suggesting I do a noise level review portion as well, so I'm assuming it wants me to let the world know how loud the thing is and I gotta say, she is purty quiet. The squeak is hidden well within the fabric and when you recline it back, it doesn't make much noise unless you are unprepared and slam backwards. The built in footrest makes a little noise, which is expected considering it's cheap assembly design. And I guess I'll wrap the final point on my review up with just that: The footrest. I like the idea of it in concept, and didn't initially purchase this for that deep level of comfort, so it was kind of a whatever assembly for me. It buckles pretty badly under some weight(I have thick muscular legs so I'm not surprised by this), and is only really comfortable when you throw the chair all the way back as if you were trying to take a soft nap and watch something. But if you're a tiny, nimble, frail little being, it should be comfortable to use even when having the chair up straight, where you can curl up into the little people fetal position thing y'all do when you get comfortable. The overall use of the chair works as intended, even to the point where I wouldn't even care to void a warranty over fixing it. I'm probably going to just throw in some loctite so the screw threadlocks into the little inserts without getting any inside the bearing so I still have full chair mobility(which honestly, the company should include a little stick of that stuff if they are having this many problems with the armrests). All in all, I give it a 3/5. The chair functions how you expect a chair to function. The appearance design is great. The 2 stars off is because it's pretty much a cheap imitation of what I'd imagine a high-end gaming chair would be. if a high-end gaming chair is a thing.
