I called the number on the manual and the rep who answered was really friendly but couldn’t help. So I contacted the seller who was able to send me a replacement ASAP and made everything right. I actually received the new grill the next day.in this day and age good customer service is very important It was very easy to put together and seems to work fine. The grill is what you can expect for $200. It's almost falling over when you brush the grates. Also noticed that it's very sensitive to wind. I had to have the burners on full so the wind didn't blow them out.

I was excited to receive this but disappointed in that it came in with dents and scratches. It was packaged well so I’m wondering if it was a return wthat was repackaged? Either way we put it together, the lid doesn’t close all the way and you have to jiggle it. That part (lid and grill box) was already put together so it was not user error. There is a bend on the inside of the lid and a scratch, no paint or repainted but not well on the right corner. Just super disappointed. ... show more

I just assembled and used this for the first time today. Initially I was concerned because I didn't think all the parts were shipped. It turned out that some were in the compartment of the grill. Instructions were easy to follow and a screwdriver and metal wrench parts. The screwdriver worked well. I decided to use my own ratchets to tighten up the rod holding the wheels on since the wrench parts were cumbersome for me to use. It took me about 1 1/2 to 2 hours to assemble. The cooking surface area was smaller than what I previously using but he ease of starting and heat distribution was exceptional. I felt this was well worth the value. ... show more
