The instructions need a little improvement, and I reached out to the company with details and got IMMEDIATE response that they appreciate the constructive feedback, and they will be working to make some improvements on the instructions. There is YouTube video that helps a lot when assembling. The customer service team for this company is very professional and responds very quickly to any concerns. Over all this a great unit. I like being able to cook on flat top, grill and burner all at once. It arrived well packaged and was relatively easy to put together. The main reason I gave it a 4 star rating is that it was missing a screw that holds the lid on and a couple of the igniters didnt work. However customer service was easy to reach and was attentive. The media could not be loaded. Really happy with this LAUDLIFE gas grill. Assembly was easy, it heats up fast, and the burners cook evenly. Temperature control is smooth, which makes grilling steaks and burgers super easy. Build quality feels solid for the price, and cleanup is simple. Perfect for backyard BBQs and family gatherings.     • FIRE HAZARD! FIRE HAZARD!! FIRE HAZARD!!!
The gas line does not connect to the side burner tube. There is no way to modify the line. If I were to turn on the gas to that line, it would leak all gas through the opening holes in the burner tube, creating a tremendous fire hazard. It took 2 hours to assemble, which is not that bad considering I did it by myself. The griddle grease opening is on the surface of the griddle, in the back right corner, that leads directly to the base of the grill. The grease will drip right on top of the open flame on the right burner. The paper towel rack does not slide through the piece that screws in the grill; this is the least of my concern. The two fire hazards are extremely dangerous and I am critically thinking how this could have passed safety inspections to allow it to be sold to the general public. I will be asking for a full refund, but am certain that I will need to disassemble the grill, try to fit everything in the original box, and ask someone for help to lift it in to my car so I can drive it to the nearest UPS. This is definitely the WORST grill combo that I have ever purchased in my life. DO NOT BUY THIS!!! Unless you want to waste 2-hour assembly, 2-hour disassembly, figure out how to get it in the original box, and call a friend for help get it to the nearest UPS for a return to Amazon. ... show more

I got this 2 in 1 Griddle Grill Combo and it's my second purchase from Laudlife. It’s been a great addition to our backyard setup. I already have a portable grill so I need something more heavy-duty for upcoming events like Thanksgiving and Christmas. I'm more of an event organizer than a good cook, so my friends used it during a weekend BBQ and were impressed by how evenly it cooked burgers and hotdogs. Cleanup was surprisingly quick thanks to the removable drip trays. Even if you’re not an experienced griller, the setup and controls make it pretty easy to get started. What I like most is how versatile it is. There’s a griddle side, a grill side, and even a side burner, so it can cook a variety of food at once. Even though it has wheels, it's still pretty heavy and bulky so I'm definitely not going to be moving it around the yard or house much.
