Mower itself is amazing. I have about a quarter acre and it takes a few batteries charges to get through which is fine because I get to take breaks. I also bought an off-brand battery so that I can mow while the other one charges. My only issue so far is that I bought it in the summer of 2024 and it did great through the sunny parts of 2025 as well. However, now that mowing season of 2026 has begun, the stronger, longer lasting brand-name greenworks battery will not work, while the offbrand is still going strong. Not looking forward to spending $200 on a new battery, even through I love the mower itself. We always take the battery out, store it inside a safe, dry, cool area when not actively using it. It just flashes red showing it is defective. Pros: Quiet Lightweight Boost tears through tall grass Don't have to deal with $5/gal gas. Charger is great. Cons: Can't adjust handle for my kid to help mow. Name-brand $200 greenworks battery died in 2 years of seasonal use. ... show more

Great product, would buy again! Great price, fully charged battery cuts my whole lawn, approximately 5200 square feet of grass to cut. After completely cutting the grass. I have approximately 1/3 battery left. It takes the charger 25 minutes to fully charge battery after cutting the grass.

1. Very easy to assemble. I had to buy another green Works lawnmower because the one I bought in 2020 was stolen! I bought the exact same lawnmower, but with a higher powered battery. This lawnmower was much improved from the last version. It was so much easier to assemble and the, power of the battery was twice as much as my old battery so it really took care of my long grass. 2 battery Power This battery was twice as powerful as my other lawnmower and it really made a difference. There is also a “turbo “button on the lawnmower to increase the power if you encounter Long grass. I definitely needed this because my lawn had not been mowed for almost 2 weeks. It was easy with this lawnmower to get the job done. 3 Assemble This lawnmower was very easy to put together. It was much heavier than I expected when it arrived, but once I unpacked it all, and took apart the components, the lawnmower itself was not super heavy. The arms are much sturdier than the previous model and did not need to be Assembled. I completed it myself, but I did need to use a YouTube live video to double check on a couple of instructions that were not totally clear. It seems nowadays that the directions have really gone downhill. But YouTube will help you no matter what you’re trying to do! ... show more
