    • Just what I wanted away to get my grandsons interested in mowing.
The mower has a learning curve but my 12 old grandson learns quickly. Cuts well in my pasture grass lawn. Some delivery package damage but small.

    • Very poor customer support.
With only 11 hours of run time on the lawn mower the belt broke. There was no wear or tear on the belt, no squealing noise indicative of a binding, just a quiet "pop" and no blade rotation. I contacted Ariens' customer support 3 times and could not get to a tech. Their online chat directed me to their tech support AFTER I supply them with my credit card number and an automatic (refundable) $5 fee. Would they cover the cost of a new belt? How long was the wait for deliver? What happens to the $5 fee? I don't know. I contacted support and tried to explain. On each attempt I was directed to the $5 fee page and with each chat, the chat ended abruptly. Extremely poor customer support. I tried calling directly, but of course, their system is down. I will purchase the belt on Amazon and get it the next day. ... show more
