This machine arrived on 7-28-25. Once uncrated it worked perfectly for about 20 minutes then shut down completely, as in no power. After days of trying to locate someone to call it was fruitless. I checked all essential alternatives including ( battery post , fuses, safety switches and so on to no available. Now I'm stuck at trying to get a replacement or a refund. I received the lawnmower in about a week after purchasing. It was delayed by 2 days when the company who was to deliver the lawnmower brought it on a semi and couldn't deliver it into my yard. After I finally was able to receive the delivery, we put the lawnmower together. It wouldn't start up properly had to reach out to the company for tech support. Come to find out the battery didn't have enough voltage to keep it running. The company suggested I get it charged and if it cost anything they would reimburse me. I was able to get it charged and it finally crunk up. It was a major inconvenience and I won't ever purchase a lawnmower off line again. ... show more

No a to z warranty for me Amazon doesn't want to gas powered things arrive broken brought to the Husqvarna dealership told me nothing was wrong even though it was wobbling making horrible sounds 2 hours later the spindle and springs flew off of it
