  • This little guy is tough! Super quiet but effective for my tall yard.
Size: 19" Mower (4.0Ah + 2.0Ah) Pattern Name: Lawn Mower
I have had this for a couple years now and it always impresses me. I let my yard get embarrassingly tall and this little thing handles it. Yes sometimes I need to go over it twice slowly, but when you have 2 foot tall weeds to mow then it's to be expected. My neighbors and my ex-husband laughed at me when they saw it (it's small and does not sound like your typical tough lawn mower), but they were impressed with it's effectiveness. Also, i've always left this outside, even in our harsh cold and wet winters, and it starts right back up in the spring. The only complaint I have is the batteries don't last long enough. Oh, and if the grass isn't completely dry it gets plugged up and will stop the mower. Easy fix to knock out the wet grass and it's fine again. ... show more

  • I am truly astonished and completely taken by surprise!
Size: 19" Mower (4.0Ah + 2.0Ah) Pattern Name: Lawn Mower
Six star amazing! Ordered yesterday: received today. I'm a 66 year-old male. I've been in a power wheelchair for 10 years from a severe case of Guillain-Barre syndrome that left me with a 45% total body disability rating. The GBS left me with about 50% of normal grip strength bilaterally and nerve damage and loss of strength in my forearms as well. A neighborhood teen has been mowing my yard for years using his lawn tractor. Just yesterday, a landscaping crew finished installing 150 feet of sidewalk across my front lawn and down the sides of my house. The walk is made from a combination of a pea gravel bed between staked, treated 2 X 4's and over 500 12 X 12 concrete step stones form Lowes. Red and white checkerboard pattern. I can now do yard work and not track in dirt on my wheelchair wheels. Well, it occurred to me that I would not want my yard boy riding the lawn tractor over my walkways so, after researching all the options, I bought this mower for HIM to use. Well, when it arrived this morning, I cut the box open to get to the charger and batteries so that I could have them ready for him. When the larger battery charged fully in about thirty minutes, I thought I would see how powerful the mower was with a brief test push. To my UTTER ASTONISHMENT and PURE DELIGHT, I was not only able give it a "test push," but, steering my power wheelchair with my right hand on the joystick and the mower with my weakened left hand and arm, I was able to mow my entire front lawn! The mower is TRULY that light and maneuverable! I'll get the back yard tomorrow - and not because the battery gave out but because my out-of-shape arm did. I have a 1,517 square foot house on a 5,00 square foot lot, by the way. When I removed the large battery immediately after mowing, I returned it straight to the charger. Not only was it not too hot be recharged, it was barely warm after mowing in 91 degree southeast Georgia summer heat. It was fully recharged in 30 minutes. It made less noise than my bathroom fan or rangehood fan and had plenty of power for my overdue centipede lawn gone to seed. For the wheelchair bound who have retained full upper body nerve function and strength this thing will be a snap - including the 20 inch model. I'm handling my 19 inch model with ease. For wheelchair bound users with even less strength than me, there is the 16 inch model. I can get by with the handle as is but I will be looking to modify the handle slightly to better suit my needs from the seated position in the wheelchair. NOTE TO GREENWORKS: I represent a tremendous market among the disabled for this mower. PLEASE consider making an optional handle configuration that is ergonomically right for thousands of potential users in power wheelchairs. By the way, no longer needing my lawn boy, I will easily recoup the cost of this mower in one full growing season. This thing represents a whole new ball game in cordless mowing and a near miracle for the wheelchair bound. SO FAR, I highly recommend it. Jay Moreno St. Marys, GA 3/16/2016 I just mowed my lawn first time of the season. The mower is still going strong with no problems whatsoever. ... show more

  • Greenworks supports their customers!
Size: 19" Mower (4.0Ah + 2.0Ah) Pattern Name: Lawn Mower
FANTASTIC mower! I love this lightweight mower but recommend that you may need to purchase additional batteries for a bigger yard. I use (4) 4aH and (1) 2aH to complete my mowing in one session. The lower handle on my 1st Greenworks mower sheared off at the lower connection. I called their customer service to order what I thought would be a simple, inexpensive fix. The company had no stock of this part and since my mower was under warranty, they sent me and entirely new mower, battery, and charger at no cost. WOW, talk about great customer support! I have had no other issues and the new mower appears to have a stronger, better designed handle than the first. I highly recommend this mower. ... show more

  • 🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱 imortant to push battery fully in, and never charge past full!
Size: 19" Mower (4.0Ah + 2.0Ah) Pattern Name: Lawn Mower
The media could not be loaded. ... yep it happened to me... all excited... put in battery, it started right up and died in less than a minute.. did it 3 times..i was sick to my stomach.. not sure what to do i pushed battery, and to my surprise it HAD felt all in, but wasnt.. after that perfect! 🚩 Never charge batteries past full or youll kill them... full charge of bigger is bout 2 hr...other 1 hr.. i do in livin room or kitchen while im nearby... Also dont store them in hot areas, dont leave mower sittin out in hot sun while drinkin your beer... heat is an enemy.. Also don't recharge till theyve cooled down .. another good reason to bring in the house to charge.. Worked exactly as i expected.. a much lighter than gas yet a tad heavier than i thought.. i think just bout right for ease vs Not feelin like a dollar store toy.. My 1/3 acre lawn ( lots of plant beds so not all lawn, but as hubby points out they actually slow you down)...has been takin an hr plus..this was 40 min even though its narrower ( i think bc lighter AND NO STOPPING TO GAS UP) I was more careful of debris But it happily Mowed my willow twigs along the way .. Easy to finish assembly Easy to use I chose this for the size ( bigger than 16 but still easier to maneuver around all my plant beds)......metal deck.... REMOVABLE battery ( holds 1 at a time btw)... some you had to plug the mower itself into charger...and getting the 2 batteries... All in all very pleased..bought a 3rd 40v 4ah battery that now i see i dont need lol.. My battery was indeed 40 min, but keep in mind if grass is longer it can take more battery to push through... my plan is to do what i learned in m.garden class is best ...keep longer ( to shade roots and slow weed germination) so twice a wk taking less off.. should be a breeze since this was so much quicker.. Its june 7 2022... I WILL UPDATE! Been a week n a half... used for 3rd time today... lovin it.. Takes me now only about a half hour So just 1 battery.. so much faster bc its so much lighter, i dont need to stop to gas up And generous size bag.. To mow.. will continue updates.. I Think if you treat this as medium duty and dont screw up your batteries youll be happy with it... if you wait 3 wks to mow And try to cut it short ( bad for the grass and mower), or your chompin down weedy fields..prob not... 🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱 ... show more
