I’m a convert! We had All Clad copper core non stick pan before and it was old and time for a replacement. Read lots of reviews and this kept coming up so went for a try. I’m an avid cook and want something that will get the job done without needing lots of butter. These handled eggs many ways, pancakes, and more no problem! Product does not work at all as advertised. I'm a seasoned cook and treat my pans with utmost care and respect. I have followed all use and care instructions on the pans as provided by Greenpan. however, only 1 out of 5 times i manage to make it work like a non-stick pan. 4 out of 5 times the food is sticking and burning.. I have been so patient with these pans for 3 months and unfortunately i have wasted too much food trying to figure out how to use them successfully without burning / sticking very foods (fried eggs or wheat flatbreads). I also find it incredibly difficult to control temperature on these pans. I have an electric hob and the pan get hots very fast. its been very difficult to maintain consistent temperature which doesn't help in being able to cook consistently. i have written to Greenspan begging for a refund. i really hope the warranty / support works as specified. this cost me so much and its been a real nightmare :( ... show more

I wanted to love these pans, but I don’t. Cooking on them is great, but cleaning them is not a breeze. For example, I seared honey, garlic, soy chicken breasts in the pan and it took me about 15 to 20 minutes to clean it afterwards. My Caphalon is much easier

I've had these pans for only a month but have used them almost every day and so far they've performed well. The "Infinite8" ceramic coating seems very durable, and the pans are well-crafted and solid. These perform much better than the Hexclad pans I recently bought which I didn't use much because they weren't really non-stick, and later it was discovered that Hexclad lied about their pans being toxin-free so I threw them in the trash. Time will tell how long these pans will perform as well as they do right now, but I'm already considering buying the 12" wok-style pan - although I wish they offered a 10" version in this Valencia Pro line (which I don't think they do). Will update my review later after several more months of use if necessary. Satisfied with these pans so far, and would recommend them. ... show more
