NOTHING sticks to this pan. There are no bolts by the handle so there is literally no area where food sticks. Even heat distribution and able to cook at high temps if needed.

I bought this pan in december 2020. I used this pan daily for breakfast/dinner. I followed the care instructions to the exact. I think its dishwasher safe but I never put it in the dish washer. never needed to turn the burner past medium low to use which is great. about a year and half after daily use the non-stick became a little less so.. I still would use a gentle sponge or sometimes have to focus in the same spot. all in all I don't think I got the long life I expected out of the pan but the price I paid isn't bad in the long run for the use I got out of it. I am tossing mine today due to a roommate finally washing the pan with the wrong sponge and scratching it (it had burnt tortillas stuck to it). good care is key to the life of things. but im picky to the scratching. plan to buy a new one today and hope it lives out another good two years for me. the sticking was getting more regular as the pan aged though and I used this pan heavily. ... show more
