Do not buy these pans!! I am incredibly disappointed. I am very clean, and clean my pans immediately after use. These pans are very poorly made! As you can see by the first picture, these are NOT nonstick. I coated the pan with olive oil beforehand, and the eggs still stuck to the pan. Not only that, but you can see how there is grease stuck to the upper part of the pan from previous meals! I cannot get them clean no matter how hard I try. In addition, the pot peels off its coating everytime I boil water. Do yourself a favor, do not buy these!!! I got these as a wedding present and I am very disappointed in the product. ... show more

I just bought this set and I'm very disappointed. My first use of the small skillet wasn't a "non stick" experience. Am I missing something? I thought I wouldn't have to use any spray with these pans but thats the only way they perform as non stick. Thought maybe it was just that pan but they all perform the same. We've had the pans about six weeks and like them very much except for a couple of things: 1). The instructions said not to use them with high heat, so we're having to get accustomed to it taking longer to boil water and cook things. 2). The lids can get hot necessitating the use of a hot pad; we never had to do that with any previous pots and pans we've had and they were all less expensive products! ... show more

I've only used these for a few days but really like them so far! They look very simple and cute and nothing sticks. Very good quality pans and pots, UPDATE: I really loved this set at first but after using a pot for a few times I noticed that the inside coverage started to peel oh, I only use plastic utensils and only cooked pasta in this specific pot and it looks like I used it for years after 3 uses. These pans are so far, a delight. I cook (and bake) a lot. I've had a few random ceramic coated pieces over the past few years. I bought the Calphalon Try Me skillet set and it was disappointing because the coating failed even though I am very careful. I have a Green Gourmet small skillet, which is holding up well. I bought the set on Prime Day for an excellent price, so that factors in to my review. I have not used all the pieces as I have another modern non-stick set that is not ceramic. But the ones I've used have performed beautifully. They heat quickly and evenly. There have been no hot spots and no sticking. Now for the bad: I hate, no make that loathe the lids. They went to the trouble of making good quality pans--even coating the handle rivets--but cheaped-out on the lids! They are NOT glass. Instead they are brushed stainless, which would be okay if the handles were (1) riveted and (2) spacious enough to get your hand through them! The handles are tiny and, of course, get hot, so you need a mitt or other heat protection. There is no way, just no way to easily pick up the darn things! I have dropped these lids more than any other I've ever owned. I intend to contact Green Pan and ask for glass lids as described. I doubt I'll get them, but it can't hurt to ask. Edit: I just noticed that the main page lists brushed stainless lids, while the item description page lists glass lids. Hm, I hate when that happens. Other than the lids, these are a very good home set or to add to your collection. ... show more

A few years back my wife and I went all in on nice stainless steel cookware. They’re wonderful to cook with! But then Covid struck and we were at home a lot more and we started to reevaluate what was using up all of our time. Dishes! With three kids it felt like we were constantly scrubbing things by hand! We didn’t want to go the Teflon route, but we wanted something that was dishwasher safe. Basically we were looking for a unicorn, and we found it! This set of GreenPan pots and pans is unbelievably amazing! They clean up like a dream, are dishwasher safe and an absolute treat to cook with. I only wish we had bought these years ago. I bought these for myself last Christmas hoping to find a good alternative to standard nonstick. These are so wonderful! A more conscientious choice with the ceramic. They cook well, clean like a dream, and I don’t have to be so precious with them so I can use metal utensils. I put them in the dishwasher regularly and have had no issues. I was SO excited to get these pots and pans. I had been using cheap pans purchased from Target for years and finally decided to treat myself to a nice set of cookware for the first time. I did my research and couldn't wait to use these. After only 6 months all of the pans started sticking. I have had these for 1 year now and absolutely EVERYTHING sticks to the pans (see photo of after cooking eggs). The non-stick is completely nonexistent. I use oil or butter every time I cook, rarely cook above a medium heat, and clean with a sponge. I also HATE that the lids have no silicon or plastic on the handles. I have lost count of how many times I have burnt my hands when forgetting to grab a hot pad and quickly trying to take the lid off. This product has a 2 year warranty on its non-stick surface but only if it is deemed a manufacturers defect without misuse which I understand but after these first started sticking i really had to scrub to get them clean so am I supposed to send them back with food all over them? Not sure if it's worth it to even try and get them replaced as I am sure they will deem them as misused even though I followed their use and care instructions. So disappointed in this purchase. My cheap pans lasted more than 5 years so I guess its back to Target I go : ( ... show more
