I love to cook! Oftentimes I spend half a day in my kitchen preparing and cooking meals for my family. Pots and pans are important to me, so choosing a good pan is key to creating a good meal, effortlessly. I was impressed with the Green Life line of products and decided to try the 10 inch frying pan. I was so excited when it arrived and immediately took it to its new home, my stove. I would first suggest you read the enclosed booklet before you use your pan. One of the points mentioned in the booklet was that this pan does NOT heat like other pans. It’s recommended to use moderate heat. Of course, I decided to try this out and turned my heat to the normal setting I would typically use to grill my veggies. In just a few minutes, I had to lower the heat. This pan definitely heats quicker and cooks faster. I had no problems using this pan other than my food was taking me less time to cook and was sliding with no problem. When it came time to cleanup, I was prepared to spend a good amount of time cleaning off the residue. Boy was I pleasantly surprised. The use of paper napkin was all it took to clean it up. The pan was a hit to say the least. The pan exceeded my expectations and was not as heavy as I expected it to be, which was a plus. I even liked the depth of this pan being right around two inches. Its overall value is excellent for the quality and I highly recommend this frying pan to others who spend a lot of time in the kitchen. ... show more

When the box arrived, I was so excited to open it. Off the bat, I was extremely impressed, with the weight of the pan, nice and study, and appeared to be very well made. Unlike, the flimsy pans, I have acquired over the years! The handle has a good feel, too, and I loved the matte, sparkle color of the handle. The first time I used the pan I made bacon and eggs for my husband in it. The food cooked very evenly, and the bacon crisped up nicely, as well. Clean up, was a breeze! Just some soapy hot water! Easy Peasy! Other features that I like are you can put this pan in the oven and add it to the dish washer, if you want to. Out of habit, we usually hand wash our cookware, but the additional option is nice to know. I just might buy the 8” pan! ... show more

I was looking for an inexpensive set of pans to replace my existing ones for my Induction cooktop. So many choices, but glad I chose these. I like that they are stainless steel on the outside and almost a pearlescent non-stick coating on the inside. I read the instructions and follow them each time I put a pan on the cooktop.....start out very low for a minute or two and then I turn the heat up. So far they are working very well, and food continues to slide out of the pans! ... show more

I am tried of buying fry pans that look and start off good just to discovered after several uses they are junk. Well not this fry pan. All I wanted was a nice pan to cook an omelet or just fry up something that would not stick, require a ton of unnecessary oils, become a pain to clean or the worst to have the outer coating break down. I purchased this 8" GreenLife pan and it has not disappointed me yet. This pan is made real well, evenly heats up fast, allows me to cook with very little to no oils and is easy to clean. Love the fact it is free of all harmful coatings and will hold up in the dishwasher. Although I have only used this pan for stove top functions, this can go into oven as well and I look forward to using that added feature. I am very happy with this purchase and might buy the larger size as well. ... show more

Size: 8" Frying Pan Skillet
Very Nice frying pan. This is a super nice skillet - stainless steel on the outside and ceramic on the inside. It is just the correct weight (not too heavy) to lift and move around. The coating is very smooth and wonderfully non-stock - food just slides out onto the plate. So easy to clean - just wipe with soap and warm water. The food seems to heat evenly over the entire pan and cool pretty quickly . They ask you to heat the pan for 90 seconds- then get started. The hardest thing for me will be to remember to NOT use a spray on this pan - to use only butter or oil. It also suggests you use a soft utensil and to not get the pan too hot on the stove top. I haven't had this long enough to use in the oven - but I'm looking forward to that versatility. I highly recommend this skillet. ... show more

I absolutely LOVE this pan! One of my favorite dishes is zucchini, squash, onions and potatoes. Normally when I prepare this dish it takes a long time for the potatoes to get done. Well in just about 5 minutes, the whole pan was to the boiling point! I was amazed! The dish was done in about 25 minutes!!! It normally takes about an hour for all the vegetables to get done. I could not believe the results! Usually the potatoes stick but they did not in the GreenLife Pan! This is a fabulous pan and I would love to have a whole set of this product. I needed a larger fry pan, but I wouldn't be using it that much. Maybe a few times a month. So I didn't want to spend the money on the large Cuisinart pan. This pan has worked great, cleans up great! And it has a glass lid too. Don't hesitate to buy this pan.
