Lock seems great. But I have an issue with every item out of the packaging vs the photos used on Amazon to represent the product. First, the yellow rubber on the warning strap and the yellow on the rubber around the lock don’t match in color. No big deal… just a strange choice in finish quality from a reputable German lock manufacturer. Second, the lock came with two keys and a code card. Neither of the locks have a LED light in them as the picture made it seem they would. No big deal, I didn’t want a LED lit key. Just hope a key isn’t missing that I should have expected. Third, an unexpected fabric carry case for the lock was included. While this is nice, one of the straps on the back seems to have been sewed on facing the wrong way. One strap is useable to Velcro wrap it around something on the bike. But the other is inside out and I can’t understand a use for it. Fourth, the package indicates the “Security Level” is a “16” out of 20. Not the “18” of 20 that the picture indicates. I know these “Security Level” rankings on manufacture’s packaging are trivial. I just wish the info put on the Amazon page would accurately reflect the product that I’m purchasing. Also, side note for anyone looking to use this with an Abus chain… this lock doesn’t fit for use with ABUS Hardened Steel 10KS 6 Foot x 3/8" Thick Square Security Chain. ... show more

    • Whoever made this lock is a true engineering genius.
This lock is NOT pickable by even a professional. Can vouch, Lock Picking Lawyer on Youtube who has picked some truly complex locks had to use his custom tools and was baffled by not only how hard it was to pick but also by how sturdy the lock is. It is worth every penny. If you want a lock that lasts forever, is basically pickproof, and cannot be torn apart easily, then this is the way to go. Even a professional lockpicker wont be able to pick this. The engineers who designed this lock deserve a raise. ... show more
