The two chairs came in perfect condition. Each piece was individually wrapped and secured. All hardware was in a sealed package and perfectly identified. Didn't take long to unwrap and assemble. No scratches or marks and the pillows were boxed so that the other heavy metal pieces did not wrinkle the fabric. I am thrilled to have these two beautiful swivel/rocking chairs on my balcony where our 30 year old hot tub use to be. It is obvious that this company cares about its product and customer service.

Please don’t order this set if you’re expecting what’s in the picture - the table is not two toned with grey, but instead all black. The cushions are a light black/sometimes brown depending on the light. The light grey cushion in the photo is the cover that I got to go on top of these (and the color that was advertised). They arrived in good condition and the size was as expected. Well made, just false advertisement. Almost just too much of a hassle to return

The chairs are very comfortable and offer good movement. They are sturdy and solidly made, which is great. Initially I was not a fan of the table. When not extended, it’s suitable for a small space (four chairs). But when extended, the position of the table legs makes it a bit uncomfortable. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the table, the company contacted me to understand my concerns and offered various solutions to address my issues. They were very helpful.
