when you first receive the 3 boxes, read the instructions first and lay out pieces by each page or you will be lost with all of the pieces. Once you work out your pieces erecting was not hard. you definitely need two people because some of the installation is a bit tricky. only complaint is floor is very thin so a solid base is needed. My husband put down a wooden cross beamed base and had to install solid plywood across the beams because the floor would have caved in. if you can put down a cement base or slab base otherwise the floor will give way - it cannot be put down straight onto the ground. Also when making a base check the dimensions in the ad because it is sold as a 10x12ft shed and floor size is listed as 10x12ft floor but it is actually 9.3x11.7ft. Nowhere are the size and dimensions mentioned in the included instructions so my husband built his base as the floor stated size in the advert and only when he had to modify his base a lot to get the shed to fit correctly - did I find the actual size shown in one of the pictures of the shed in the ad. not sure how it would hold up in snow and ice - we live in New Mexico so weather is not a problem, but you have to anchor the shed down or it would blow away - not very thick materials. My husband screwed it to his wood base frame and it was fine when the 50 mile per hour gusts of wind hit. He loves his little shed.

Shotty craftsmanship, no structural support on the sides, it's all heard up by flimsy sheetmetal, most of the holes didn't line up, when all put together the panels didnt match up to the door frame by two inches on either side, the only good thing was the Lego like instructions were easy to follow.

It's not what I expected, Fair storage shed, very thin and flimsy metal, Very good space inside the 12×10, Very easy instructions, everything is marked, and the booklet explains, where everything goes, I just wish the screws were longer, I used some of the supplied screws, but I put longer ones, in places, that would have had stress on it, all in all, good price, quality materials, just thin sheet metal, should last a long time, Excellent Customer Support

The media could not be loaded. This shed is an excellent value for the price. I bought it to convert into a chicken coop, and it works much better than a traditional wooden coop. I removed one of the panels and replaced it with wire mesh for ventilation, which made it perfect for raising chickens. It’s much easier to clean compared to wooden coops, and it doesn’t absorb moisture or odors. For winter, I can simply cover the wire section to retain heat, so it’s quite flexible for different seasons. Assembly is fairly straightforward, but I strongly recommend having two people — it will save a lot of time. Also, be careful during installation, as the metal panels can be sharp. Once assembled, it’s pretty heavy and not easy to move, so plan your location in advance. The panels may seem thin, but the overall structure is sturdy and holds up well even in strong winds and storms. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase — especially for anyone looking to convert it into a chicken coop.

Reviews were misleading on this product and so was Rufus. I read most of the reviews carefully and asked Rufus if this came with a floor and the answer to both was yes but to my surprise, when it came there was no floor with it. Between the price of the building and what i paid for material for a floor I could have had a more substantial building. If it had come with a floor it would have been worth what you pay for it, but it did not.

Just finished putting this shed together and I’m really happy with it! It looks clean and solid — the brown metal panels and black trim fit perfectly with the trees behind it. The shed feels sturdy, and the vents up top help keep the inside cool. I like that it’s raised off the ground on concrete blocks, so no worries about water or bugs getting in. Might add some gravel or skirting around the bottom later to make it look more finished, but for now, it’s perfect for storing tools and yard stuff. Simple, strong, and looks great in the yard!
