The website for tracking asks you for a user name and password before you're able to set one up. There's no register button until you hit "clear account" then one pops up. If you put in your setup info a red banner will appear across the top but it has no words in it so there's no way of knowing what the error was. I inserted the SIM and attempted all of the texts for tracking (as per the instructions) and it did nothing. Basically it is useless and a waste of money! ... show more

It never would send me the password for the Chinese Google maps and the instructions were absolutely horrible and small cause me to use all my voice calling of the card cuz it kept calling me back. trash.

Well I had them months and can't figure them out. Description says comes.with manual battery and cord. I got a cord I got no batteries and no instructions.

Item described as no service fee but requires GPS sim card that I have yet to find that does not require a service fee, so yes this unit is not a service free product by misleading information. Agree with the super small, lacking in detail print. also agree with the super strong magnet being a line of BS. If you put this underneath your vehicle you would loose it first bump, I have refrigerator magnets stronger than this. I cannot believe that Amazon has acknowledged issues and still allows this misleading product to continue to be sold here. there customers are unhappy. I will be requiring a refund on the sim card that wanted my credit card info also Amazon. ... show more

    • GPS tracker with no GPS
When I send the code for GPS tracking, it responds "【未获取到地址链接】". Translated from mandrin, that means bad web link. Also the "link" to the app within the device is for a dead web link, so no app :-(. This product is beyond worthless.
