This tracker is not really GPS, just Bluetooth. Once out of Bluetooth range from the phone, there is no information. The app is terrible. It does not show very good position, even in Bluetooth range.it is stated box includes a user manual, USB, GPS tracker. There is no manual, no USB, just a tracker tag. the tag does not need USB anyway(no place to plug to tag) Have cheaper ones that work better with Bluetooth, but want a real-time GPS to track away from Bluetooth range, but this one does not do that either, sending ather I finish this review

This tracker is lightweight and stylish. We have it in our dog and he tolerates it well. It can be used other than a pet. We plan to purchase more. We recommend this product! It works perfectly.

Can't get it to connect. No instructions include and app doesn't have help. I'll probably return if I dont hear from some customer service.

Its cute and was really easy to set up. The main issue we had was it came apart off our dog's collar when she was outside. It was 930 at night, we were out with flashlights, trying to find all the pieces, with a thunderstorm brewing. We found the front and back cover...she had chewed on it, but no transmitter! Finally did find it by pressing the little "music note" on my phone screen. The "tone" wasnt very loud, but gotta give it kudos as it somehow still worked being covered in dirt! It is now in a protected sleeve, velcroed to her collar!! She is a bouncy 18 month old boxer, but I wouldnt rely on the tracker just hanging off your dog's collar. Get a sleeve..the kind you would put a rabies tag in. They could maybe improve on how its put together.
