OBD2 doggle arrived. Although instructions probably could’ve been written a little better, I was able to get the device activated, and then subscribe to the monthly service. The tracking is abysmal with serious lengthy gaps between updates while lacking anything resembling real time updates. While the monthly rate of $9.99 is great compared to the $22 a month I was paying previously with aware GPS. I really wanted to like this and hoped it would work but it’s a return.

I have I have been using GPS devices professionally for 20 years. I've used dozens of different devices with just as many companies. I purchased my first GPS device from LNcoon on Amazon one year ago. I have now purchased seven more. I can't imagine using any other GPS location device provider. The app and website tracking platform are easy to use for a novice or someone experienced like me. I am most pleased with the prompt and arcuate communication and service they provide though email.

I am so very unhappy with my trackers, I purchased 2 since my elderly mom has 2 vehicles. They will not activate and I have done everything it says to do. I have sent e mails to the support and I get nothing in return. I should of known better than to purchase anything like this off the internet. I didn't even want to give this one star but it wouldn't let me not. Update: Support finally contacted me and we were able to get one device working correctly, I am happy with it. The other one they ended up sending me another device but I still am not able to get it working. I can say they have been helpful and it has been appreciated.

This GPS device and mobile app come with so many features and a lot more than I expected. The device worked great as advertised. The GPS data is very accurate. The subscription fee is the lowest in the marketplace that even includes the LTE-4G SIM card in the US as tested. It's a fantastic device to recommend. Both online chat and Amazon seller support are one of the best.

It is a nice device to track car but I do hate the subscription, for a company with dozens of units to be tracked this is a great service but an individual, an AirTag is a better solution for the price and no subscription needed.

I ordered two such devices and I must admit that I am impressed they work very well the installation is very simple and above all they have reasonable prices if you don't know how to do something just contact the customer service and they will help you in a short time, the customer service is very understanding and nice I recommend it to everyone works great you always know what's going on with your vehicles
