It works great for the price and I use it in my 18 wheeler, only thing I have found wrong with it is that the updating is hard to do, other than that it is a great gps for big trucks .

Attracted by the low price and advertised features, this was ordered recently. Arrived quickly, in perfect condition. Set up was challenging to say the least, since everything on screen was in a foreign language. Russian, Greek? Not sure, but just finding the right buttons to push to set the language took a while. Once set up, it all works. I still prefer a different brand for ease of use, but this one is solidly made, features a built-in sun "shade", crisp, colorful graphics on the screen, good directions and a pleasant "voice." Over all I really like the GPS but I have been searching everywhere for a way to update the maps and can't find it. Can anybody provide me with instructions to do it. The seller says to contact them but there is no email address or website to get in touch with them.

I bought this product because my previous GPS system but the dust and was planning an upcoming trip. The device does not stay charged even while having it plug in while traveling, the system itself does not stay upright display because the bolt that hold it in place do not stay tight. I was trying to save money and thought all devices were equal - NOPE! I should have gone with Garmin! ... show more

    • Needs easier set up process
I as a bit taken back with lack of step by step instructions on how to first start it up. Even the basic step of plugging it into your car and then how to go forward after that. The how to set it up was ok but for a first timer it was a bit of a struggle
