First road trip with me as the main driver. I love Jason (the voice I picked), but he can be a bit pushy about speed limits. The only issue I really had was the main menu language changed (even though everything else was in english) and it prefers to stay plugged in (which really was no big deal to me). Received this nav and set it up without difficulty. Found the clips that held the sunshield very flimsy and doubted it would hold for very long. When I attempted to use it the next morning, the port on the unit which houses both the cigarette lighter and usb wouldn't hold either. They just fell right out! I was so disappointed. Sent email to support and came back from Chinese address with bad English. Needed help with update as the map is old but seems very complicated to update and it is still not working with incorrect road speeds and missing roads.

The media could not be loaded. I know my phone has a navigation but holding it and driving is first of all dangerous and 2nd of all a much smaller screen. This is a 2021 GPS system that has updated maps and easy to install in your car and use. teh screen is much larger so easy to see and use while drivign. You can set your location while you are stopped so you don't have to worry about touching it while you are driving. Very pleased with this unit. Took a few minutes to go through all the setup steps, but was worth the effort. Nice clear screen, and maps. Only minus was a lack of a sun shade. Tried it out on a day trip, and it worked 100% of the time. Just remember to keep it plugged in. Only 30 minutes use if not. Important to remember, start the vehicle FIRST before plugging the GPS in.
