We are using this for general walking exercise, not as an under-desk treadmill. This is a great walking pad if your "brisk" walking pace is under about 5mph. The motion is smooth, quiet, and it ramps up easily to the speed you want, and slows down at the end at a nice rate. We have 2 people using it — one very tall at over 6ft with a long stride, and one med height with a shorter stride. It works very well for both of us. The remote control has a mute button that lets you turn off the annoying "beep" of increase/decrease speed buttons. We have a tiny room set aside for a mini-gym, so equipment space is limited. So I really like the compact size and light weight of the treadmill because we store it standing up. We move it into place for the walks, and both lowering it to the floor (by hand; no brackets/pistons/whatever) and wheeling it away from the wall are very easy to do. The speed/pace does not match with the pace measured by the iPhone, and I am guessing that it is the treadmill that is incorrect based on other outdoor pace measurements I've taken with the iPhone. It measures a faster pace and therefore greater distance than the iPhone shows. So I recommend that you use a pedometer or iPhone or some other device that measures your distance and speed if you have distance/pace goals you want to meet. Overall, very pleased with this purchase. I debated about dropping a star because of the pace measurement, but the usability, price and convenience really earn all 5 stars. ... show more

I bought this in 2022 and it has served me well. When you lubricate as directed and use it for its indended purpose its a great machine. I am always able to get my steps in while working. It takes some getting used to but stick to it and you will see and feel the benefits. I recently lost my remote during my move and reached out after 3 years they still sent me the remote at no cost to me. I greatly appreciate their customer service as well. They responded quickly too. They have really honored their word. Lastly this fits in a pretty tight space. It's mostly easy to maneuver as its not super heavy, has rollers and a handle on the backside so when you have to move it and put it back its not cumbersome. The o ly thing is it is a bit loud so I cant take calls and be on it. Oh and the speaker is pretty cool feature as well. I hope you give it a try and really enjoy it as much as I have. 30 mins a day and you will see and feel better! ... show more

I’ve had this treadmill for about a year now, and overall I think it’s a great walking pad for the price. It works well for under-desk walking and has held up nicely with regular use. It’s not too heavy, which makes it easy to slide under the bed or stand upright and out of the way when I’m not using it. Perfect for small spaces. The BIG thing to know is do not lose the remote. The treadmill will not work without it. There’s no replacement remote and no app to control it. I really wish I had known that before buying. I was lucky enough to find mine after misplacing it, but if you lose it, it basically becomes a large paperweight. The media could not be loaded. I had ordered a different treadmill and cancelled the item and I’m so glad I did! The one I had originally ordered didn’t have incremental speed by .1. This one does! It is the prefect size and functions very well. The remote control does feel flimsy but I have not had any issues with it and it worked correctly. Make sure to follow the instructions on setting up the remote. Packaging of the item was fantastic. The product arrived dent free without any defects and arrived sooner than expected. It was easy to unload and set up. The treadmill plug, plugs into a regular outlet. There is also Bluetooth speakers which is a nice addition. I’ve used them and although the sound is not like that of BOSE speakers it is still good. It is light enough to move around the room and stands upright on its own. One thing to be aware about, lube the treadmill! I decided to purchase a special kit because I want the belt to last, you can find the kits on Amazon for under $20. I think it is worth it if you plan to use it everyday. Also, you may have to adjust the belt, this is where I had some issues with “knocking” sounds bad, I immediately thought that I got a “bad” item and emailed customer service with videos of the noise and asking for help. They were very responsive with solutions but I was able to fix the problem before even reading the emails. After about an hour or two of wrenching back and forth on each side of the belt, I was able to fix the belt to be centered as well as completely eliminating the clanking noise, thank God! It just takes some patience. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my purchase and hope this item will last a long time with the right upkeep! ... show more
