The media could not be loaded. I purchased this to replace one of our office chair as these gaming chairs have more support than the so-called ergonomic office chair. This chair also has a vibrating massage pillow near the lower back which I don't normally use but can help some people. The footrest of course is the best part as I can have my leg supported which also seem to help with my low back issue. The assembly took less than 10 minutes and it's very easy to assemble for most people as it does not require a lot of screws and they are built like a tank. This chair does have a sturdy build but that is all I can say positive, the chair is very stiff (hoping it will loosen up in time). After reading all the good reviews and looking at the photos I expected a plush chair with a thick cushion feel while sitting. First, the side wings of the seat are not soft at all and they are not filled with any type of cushion and it feels like hard cardboard or metal under the seat material, so if you are a person who sits with your leg or legs up, this is not the chair for you. The arms are not adjustable so unless you have extremely long arms you will likely not be able to use them for support. If it was returnable, I would be returning but unfortunately the restocking fee is very expensive so I guess my only choice is to keep it. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Chair was assembled with ease. However after using it for just a few days, it's already become unstable, rocking and making noisy squeaking. Feels like it's just going to separate. I'm only 5' 11" 216lbs, way under the supposed limits of this chair. Also the middle cushion in the pictures "looks" thick but in reality, it's not at all. Especially the front where it looks like it bulges out in the pics, but in reality it's flat and barely 3-4 inches thick... Spend your money elsewhere ... show more

Less than a month after getting the chair the part where the wheels attach to the base broke. On the very end of each "leg" of the base there is a crack, and the wheels will not stay in. After the first wheel broke out I messaged the seller. I figured that while i cant lean in a certain direction or it will tip, its still usable enough for what i need it for. Then today the second wheel broke off. The same spot on the end of the "leg" it attached to had a crack in the same spot. Update: if I could give this product a negative review I would. I was told they would send me a replacement base for the one that broke and that I was still under warranty. After that they had ghosted all of my messages and I have not received the base at all. The pictures look like there is much more padding than there actually is. On top of being made out of trash materials it's not even comfortable. Only good thing about it is the foot rest. Everything else is poorly made, not comfortable, shit customer service, and absolutely not worth the price they're charging. Avoid, avoid, avoid. ... show more

I bought it for my husbandโ€™s office, he likes it very much. Itโ€™s super comfort. He even could do a snap on it while work tired as there is a leg support. I bought this chair for a friend because of how highly rated it was. It only took a month and a half for one of the wheels to start popping off, since the base is only made of cheap plastic. Of course it was just outside the return time. My advice is buy the protection plan, which I stupidly didn't, or buy a different chair. The only reason I gave it any stars at all is because the chair part you actually sit in is nice. Unfortunately it just can't be sat on, because one of the wheels pops right off. Not sure if it's just the bottom seat piece that is different but this chair is not the same as the product depicted. I got it because I thought I would room to for my hips and thighs. This thing is not for an adult, let a lone a big and tall adult male. The little side pieces literally dig into your legs even if you sit with your knees next to each other and don't even think about trying to actually spread your legs and attempt anything the resembles being comfortable. Kinda angry since I just spent the last hour putting it together. I was lucky I could even do that since the screws were all jumbled up. ... show more

Bought orange colored chair Looks same as the image you see when you choose the color options Easy to build although the side chair bar part (only one part) (plastic covers) did not have the screw hole for one of the covers.
