I had one problem though, I couldn't find the crumb tray it was supposed to include along with the three other trays. It wasn't until the 3rd day when I discovered it. I just got my GTF7350 (pull down door - not French door model). All in all it's very well built - perfect size for my kitchen. Love the matte black finish on the sides n top. Solid construction. Good overall design, except - the controls are not easy to use. They are very tight and the knob edges are smooth so getting a good grip is a challenge, esp. the timer. It take a lot of effort to turn which I probably will get used to but compared to my Hamilton Beach oven which this is replacing - those controls were excellent and easy to use - this one, not so much. Awesome product! Easy to clean, and doesn't take up much counter space. Air fries perfectly. I don't mind that the door folds down, especially since I saved a bundle over the two door model.

    • Just try adjusting the timet
Just got it. Seems to work fine. One thing jumps out: Can’t grip the timer dial. Too smooth to adjust it. I’m using a bit of rubber shelf liner. I shouldn’t need to come with fixes. May have to return item.

    • This was a great buy
I was suspecting the oven to be delivered next day as it was advertised. I’ve been noticing when the purchase is a next day item. It delivers in two days, not one. I hope Amazon will look into this and deliver items as it is advertised. Everything seems to be OK.

    • More than a Toaster Oven
It’s the multi-facetted toaster oven that could. It outperforms other toaster ovens I’ve had, sometimes too well as may need to adjust tray level to compensate for actual heat. Only drawback for me is the time nob is smooth and a little stiff to turn. Otherwise Outstanding….

    • I won’t return it but will probably buy a different brand in the future.
I bought this because I liked the size and the air fry option. First off, the air fry takes way longer than the recipes quote and still come out strange. I haven’t eaten much air fried food so maybe that’s just how it goes but it feels like the outside is super crispy and the inside is almost hollow on some items. If I do it at the time suggested they are still a little raw. I really needed the toaster and oven features. First off, as many have stated, the bottom knob (timer) is extremely difficult to turn as it is tight and slick. I can hardly turn it off when my food looks done. I tied a rubber band around it and it helped. My other issue with that knob is that of the 360 degrees it has to spin, about 5 of them are for toasting. I know this isn’t labeled as a toaster oven but as it is listed of one of the 6 functions I think it should get a little more play. I have a hard time setting the timer At just the right spot for just toasting bread without scorching it. My other issue with it is that due to the shape of the oven the pans have a “u” shape on one side so rotating your food is impossible. When I bake my croissants or biscuits come out browned unevenly. The baking feature is also a little weak and I usually find that I either have to increase the time or temp to get my desired outcome. if I had it to do again, I’d keep looking. When I bought it I had never heard of the brand but the fact that it was an “Amazon’s choice” led me in its direction. They usually back decent products. I don’t think it’s a terrible purchase and it will get the job done but unfortunately needs a little extra supervision. ... show more
