I bought this Air-fryer as a Christmas present for my wife….she wanted one. She wanted a different brand, but when I looked up air-fryers at Consumer Reports, I found this brand was rated higher and cost less!!! We have used it a few times now and I’m impressed as to how well it cooks and cleans and how quiet it is. In fact, the only issue I have is the volume of the turn over/finish cooking alarm. You practically have to be in the same room to hear it. It is not very loud. If you go into the next room with the tv on at normal volume, you may not hear it signal you to turn your meal over half way through cooking. Or at end of cooking, but at least it turn’s itself off. It’s big so it cooks a lot, the face lights up and is easy to see and adjust your cooking time or heat. And it’s easy to clean. So far, so good…..we’ll see how it holds up! ... show more

I recently purchased the Gourmia 4 Qt Digital Air Fryer with Guided Cooking, and I'm absolutely loving it! It's so easy to use, fast, and easy to clean. It's also the perfect size for two people. I've made a variety of things in the air fryer so far, including chicken, fish, vegetables, and even french fries. Everything has turned out perfectly cooked and crispy. I love that I can cook food in the air fryer without using any oil, which makes my meals healthier. The guided cooking feature is also really great. It takes the guesswork out of cooking, and it's perfect for people who are new to air frying. Simply select the type of food you're cooking, and the air fryer will automatically set the temperature and cooking time. Cleanup is a breeze with the Gourmia air fryer. The basket and crisper tray are both nonstick and dishwasher safe. I can usually clean up everything in just a few minutes. Overall, I'm extremely happy with the Gourmia 4 Qt Digital Air Fryer with Guided Cooking. It's a great appliance for anyone who wants to cook healthier, faster, and easier meals. Amazing air fryer that cooks food fast and keeps the flavor and taste of whatever you are cooking. Whether chicken or vegetables it is wonderful. My favorite is baking salmon! Use special baking sheets and you don't even have to clean.

This air fryer is awesome. I am addicted to air fry veggies and because of this appliance have replaced nearly all of my diet with vegetables. It’s fast, a breeze to clean, takes little oil and has large capacity (a whole cauliflower fits in it). Definitely recommend.

The air fryer itself is great, I’ve cooked chicken wings, hot dogs, hamburgers, fries, onion rings etc. Everything cooks wonderfully. My issues with the basket & the insert. The finish is coming off. There’s no need for scrubbing, I use a soft washing cloth. I gave my daughter a gourmia fryer for Christmas, the finish is starting to come off hers as well. Best air fryer purchase so far! No grease left on food, everything is cooked wonderfully. I’ve had wonderful success & compliments about everything I’ve cooked. It’s so easy to use & cleaning is super easy, just wipe out with a wet towel. The grease comes off easily. ... show more

I had Ninja, which is much better quality, but very small and very basic. This one has really good features, like preheat ans reminder to turn it to the other side half way through, and many more options for variety of foods. And the size is perfect for two-three big eaters, or small family of four. But the quality of the materials is poor, metal os flimsier. Another problem is a smell. Albright there is a warning in the instruction that it will go away, but mine didn’t affect 4-5 uses. Stinks horribly in whole kitchen! And lastly it’s a size. I just don’t have room in my kitchen for that huge think, especially when it is not perfect! So I had to stay with Ninja (I have to remember not to burn food though when using it). ... show more

This air fryer is very large, and definitely worth the cost. It preheats very fast, and the food tastes amazing. You can cook a large quantity of food at once. My only complaint is that it makes my kitchen a bit warm, however, that’s expected for an air fryer this large.
