Bought this as a gift for someone who happens to be a chef. He's impressed with it. Says it heats evenly and maintains temperature for the duration of the cook time. Easy to clean with a great nonstick surface. His only critique is that the instruction book should come with guidelines for temperature settings for the various foods one might want to make on the grill instead of having to experiment to find the right setting. ... show more

This is the largest electric griddle I have ever had and it for the most part, it works good. It's got a non-stick top, heats up fairly quickly....but only in certain spots I have noticed lately, easy to use, easy to clean [with dish soap & water] and has a drawer/catch drawer underneath to catch runaway butter, eggs or whatever you cook on with this griddle. I can make more pancakes or french toast on this griddle at one time compared to my prior 2 electric griddles and that's good! 4 stars rating I give only deducting for the issue of this particular griddle not cooking evenly when fully heated up and the thermostat goes up to around 400 degrees. ... show more

I make large batches of high protein cottage cheese oatmeal pancakes and freeze them. This griddle is perfect for that. It heats evenly, has great temperature control, and is easy to clean. It beats using a frying pan, that’s for sure!

I love my new griddle pan. We love to make french toast and pancakes A LOT! I was able to put 12 French toast on it and there was extra room. I definitely recommend!

    • Horrible product. I've had several griddles, this is the worst.
The finish worked fine, that's about it. Heat distribution is horrible, pancakes burned on one edge, raw on the other. Thermostat is worthless. All over the place. Setting didn't seem to matter - sometime burning everything, sometime off and cold. Couldn't cook anything - pancakes, french toast, eggs. ... show more

My son recently got into smash burgers and I was tired of making them 2 at a time in a frying pan. I can cook for a whole party on this thing, it is basically like having an electric blackstone. It makes cooking anything go super fast and it’s fun to use. I’ve done steak fajitas on it as well and was able to cook the meat, peppers and onions all at the same time, side by side. It heats fast and cooks evenly, just a joy to use. I like the non-stick surface, it is easy to clean up after use. I use it both indoors and outdoors in my grill gazebo.
