I bought this scooter and it didn’t completely work straight out of the box, so I contacted support with the problem and a lady named Honey promptly replied within a day. She was extremely helpful. She told me my battery had malfunctioned and sent a new one along with easy video instructions for how to install it. The scooter works perfectly now, and the fix took 5-10 minutes only. Thank goodness for the customer support! The scooter rides beautifully and feels great under the feet. With the big tires, suspension in front and dual motors it kind of feels like riding on a big cushion. Plus, it’s fast!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought this scooter last year. Scooter did not work upon arrival. Charger wouldn't charge. I tried applying for a replacement charger and they were all out of stock, and denied the charger replacement. I tried buying an off brand and it wouldn't work. Basically, it's just a useless dust collector. Save your money, and buy something else.

I'm not ab expert but it seems like a scooter for me. The motors really give you good acceleration. This isn't breakneck speed but definitely fun. Overall I think the scooter is great quality and my only complaint is that the breaks make annoying noises. Otherwise a great scooter.

The media could not be loaded. Ordered this following another order that required help from support and it’s because Support has been so good that I am ordering this scooter from Gotrax. I have been on the customer service side as a profession for more than a couple of decades, Gotrax has won a customer for a long time. I can say confidently Gotrax does take very good care of their customers. Now, for the review, please see the video and my apologies for the length but there is a lot of good information and you will have to give me a little slack too as this is the first video review I have ever done. I’ve done many reviews but none were videos. Hope you enjoy. Positives: - Powerful dual motor, performance scooter that delivers an awesome experience with many nice features and is super fun with light or moderate off roading. - Password protection (not covered in the manual, however, Gotrax did agree to supply a supplement with the factory password info) - Very well made and felt stable at any speed even at the top speed of 30mph - Heavy but this also seemed to help with ride feel over rough terrain - Plenty of foot room on the deck with about 7” of clearance under. My mountain bike has a little more than 8” at the large chainring - Display was easy to read in any light - Handlebar controls are very easy to navigate and use while riding - Heavy duty hook to hold groceries or other items also magnetic so it does not bounce around and doubles as the hook when the handle is in the down position. - Headlight is bright and when turned on, all deck lights and tail light are just beautiful to look at as well. Headlight is bright enough but personally I would like more light which was easy to add on the handlebar - Wide grip on the handlebar is fantastic - Grips are premium and have a build-out to help with any wrist fatigue - Tires grip very well on every surface I rode. No slipping was experienced. - Suspension worked well, although I felt it could have been better with the ability to dial in dampening, but really not complaining. - Very fun to pre-load the suspension and pop up over bumps or launch off curbs. Always felt completely stable and surprisingly nimble. - Power mode is a significant boost of power. Easily tackles hills in power mode and accelerates much more quickly. - Thumb throttle is very responsive and changes depending on the gear mode it is set to. Not "completely" Positive or I wish: - Battery life falls short of advertised 25 miles which is highly dependent on the rider style, weight and terrain. However, having to cut the ride short is a bummer. I wish the 25 mile range was real world. See the GPS picture as an indicator. When arrived back home it had been on 1 bar for the last ~2 or 3 miles and my riding was moderate instead of aggressive. First ride hit 1 bar prior to 10 miles and I was riding much more aggressive. I feel that 25 miles is a best case scenario that likely won't be hit in real world riding. - Battery indicator really should have actual % left because when on the last bar, it’s very uncomfortable not knowing when it will shut down. - Documentation is a bit lacking of some important information. How to change your password, what the factory password is, etc.. All of this is fixable or can be found elsewhere.

Heavy scooter, no problem with battery life poor value for the money. Expensive scooter with rear tire issues. Expect to replace the tire on your own. Goodluck with getting anyone to really help. Had the scooter for 1 month before the tire blew out. BUYER BEWARE! before you purchase anything from Amazon understand that 3rd party vendors have different return policies. Never ever had a problem with any return or refund from Amazon but they couldn't help me because it was a 3rd party vendor that I bought it from. Update gotrax apologized offered a full refund and when I agreed they said that was an automatic response from Amazon which was not true. They offered me a tire to go fix it myself. Only had the scooter for 30 days. DO NOT BUY! I would give zero stars if I could. Unbelievably disappointed and feeling scammed. In the process of getting BBB involved it's that bad.

First of all, the scooter itself is an amazing product. It delivers exactly what was advertised which is what I was looking for. Great for uphills as well if you commute through that often as I do. The suspension is amazing for the many bumps in the road. I had an issue with the charger for my scooter and I contacted customer support and was helped by Lydia, who was incredibly helpful and resolved my issue very quickly and I had a new charger in a few days, delivered free of charge. Quite surprising as I'm used to unfriendly customer service from many companies. I would recommend Gotrax to anyone looking for a quality product solely based on the customer service.

Pretty bummed out to take the scooter out of the box and charge it only to realize it does not power on at all. Now I have to go through all the hoops to try and return or replace the scooter. Pretty disappointing to spend over $1,000 to not have it work out of the box.
