After looking at many (many!) outdoor furniture sets online, I finally decided to take a chance on this set (brown bases with beige cushions) for a couple of reasons: 1- They sat higher off the ground and had higher backs than everything else I was seeing in this price range. 2 - The seat cushions were described as being about 4 inches thick (I believe) which was a bit thicker than other sets 3 - The seat cushions velcro to the chairs so they don't slide around and the back cushions have ties so they don't fall down 4 - The set came with clips to hold the pieces together (if you choose to use them) so no need to buy them separately. I placed my order and crossed my fingers. The order wasn't supposed to arrive for about 10-14 days, but to my surprise, all three boxes showed up within about 5 days (one box arrived one day followed by the other two the next day. I had read previous reviews, so I was expecting this and wasn't surprised). Unfortunately, when I opened the first box, I knew immediately there was an issue. The box contained the parts for 2 armless chairs in gray and aqua. The other two boxes had the correct brown/beige pieces. Oh no.... had I made a huge mistake?! I immediately emailed the seller (this was on a Saturday) and by late that evening, they had replied asking me for some more info. Specifically, they wanted me to take some photos of the outside of the box in question and the Fed Ex label. They explained that they needed the info in order to determine how this could have happened. I emailed the requested photos on Sunday morning and again the seller replied back by that evening. They apologized profusely and send they would contact the warehouse and have the correct box sent out ASAP. (Basically, what happened was that a small sticker saying "brown" had been placed over the printed description of "grey" on 2 of the sides of the box so I suspect the person grabbing it at the warehouse just selected the wrong box by accident.... things happen). By the next day, which was Memorial Day, I had a 3rd email from the seller letting me know the tracking number of the new box and also letting me know that they noticed it hadn't yet been picked up by FedEx, but that they would keep an eye on things and if I didn't see any movement with the package in a day or two, to let them know (again, with it being a holiday weekend, the delay was understandable). Well, the correct Box A arrived just a couple of days later. I now had all three correct boxes and even with the issue, everything arrived before I was expecting it initially. So far, so good. Now to put it together.... Everything was labeled clearly. I was particularly impressed that each box had a clearly marked, very bright green cotton bag containing all of the necessary screws, nuts, feet, etc for the items in that particular box. Once we got the hang of the first piece, all of the pieces went together pretty quickly. I think it took 2 of us about 2 hours total, but we were taking our time. The bags for one of the boxes (I think it was Box C) even had extras of each type of item and in another box (Box A, I think) was a small bag with some extra caning in case any repairs were needed (so far, we haven't needed to use this). The set is exactly as described. The chairs and table seem sturdy and the cushions are nice for furniture at this price point. The set looks great on our back porch and is comfy!!! As an added bonus, the seller said we could go ahead and keep the incorrect Box A as a way to make up for any inconvenience the initial issued caused. While 2 chairs in a totally different color won't work on our back porch, they will go nicely on our little side porch. I very much appreciated not having to deal with the hassle of trying to return this large, heavy box to a UPS store. Although my back porch is screened and covered, I plan to still keep a cover on the furniture when not in use. I'm hoping this will help it to last for 2-3 years at least. Overall, I am very pleased with both the furniture and with the customer service I received from Elsa with the Seller (Duke Group).

I bought the 7 piece set with the turquoise pillows. It is comfy and beautiful. For the price I am shocked at the quality! The pillows are thick and looks amazing. I feel like I'm at a resort. My hubby and I put it together , got it done in 2 days. The instructions were fairly clear with one exception. I had to contact the company regarding the arm chairs we couldn't figure out how to make one a right arm and one a left arm chair. I emailed the company and they were able to help. I have a question, I am wondering what size propane tank to get. The 20lb tank for our bbq is too big. Does anyone know?

I purchased the 13 piece set in blue. I couldn't be happier with what I got. The furniture arrived in 7-9 boxes on 2 different days. It took 3 people 5 hours to put it together due to the fact that it has a lot of pieces. We opened up all of the boxes because there were screws & small pieces. Deciding how to set up the furniture took up some time. The picture posted is our first set up because we were having a get together that evening. We did not put out the 2 tables that come in the set. One of the table tops arrived broken. I took some pictures and sent the company a message through Amazon. They sent a replacement free right away. The cushions and pillows are thick. The wicker is strong and durable. Great price for so much seating space. Best purchase of the year!

I did a lot of research and chose this set because of the cost vs. value. First of all many of the sets sit very low (and they don't disclose or make it very hard to know how high up the seat is from the ground). These sit at approx 16 inches and then you have the 4 inch cushion so very comfortable and appropriate for even a taller person. Note the fire pit and the set all come in three boxes so be ready for a lot of assembly. The directions are clear but it will take a lot of time (although it went much faster once I had done a couple of chairs). A couple of assembly tips: Have a socket and ratchet handy. You won't use the ratchet thqt much but the socket is so much easier to hold the nut vs. the tiny wrench that is provided. Make sure you take inventory of the packets for each piece as I was missing a couple of screws (which were replaced). Finally look closely for the hole where the bolt screws in as may be obscured by the wicker.

If you’re in the market for patio furniture, you know like we do that the number of manufacturers, selection and pricing out there is overwhelming at best. After days of searching, reading reviews, comparing sizes and even sending a set back, we chose this set. Very sturdy, high quality materials and fairly easy to assemble. This set checked all of our boxes of things we wanted. Seat cushions Velcro down, seat back cushions tie to chair backs, fire pit and zippered covers for ease of washing. The fire pit puts out tons of heat and it comes with clips to put on the feet to lock the set in place after choosing your configuration. Super happy with this set!
